These guys have helped me out twice now...The first time was to correct a major problem that Roto Rooter had failed to fix....They figured out what the problem was(and it was difficult!) and their team came in and made it correct and waited on litigation with Roto Rooter for payment...So the next problem was a drain leak in the wall and they did the job timely and put everything back together like it never happened...Casey was so pleasant to deal with and made a bad situation comical at best. We suspected a leak due to a large puddle of water near the house. It had been previously repaired three months ago by another plumber who buried the access box underground with no way to use the cutoff. Luke came out promptly to check, found there is no leak, and installed a new box so that we are now able to use the cutoff valve. read more
