Because my need was outside of the norm, a receptionist assisted with registration. I could tell that they were new, as many mistakes were made, from entering myself in the system rather than my child, failure to ask for my insurance card, and having to repeat/enter information in several times. I appreciate the need to learn; however, at some point it would have been helpful for someone else to take over (eventually they did). Once taken back, the RN that assisted us was super kind and gentle with our son. He took the time to answer any questions that we had. The NP was kind and listened to our concerns. We were advised we would receive a follow up call, as of late (it's been 5 days) and that hasn't occurred. Overall, I was really pleased with my experience, at PM. The location is close to my home, I can make an appointment if needed, the staff are kind, the location is clean and they did a great job caring for my kid.

However, her care is worth it to me. She's always thorough with any issues and makes sure to order all and any bloodwork or tests needed to assure us that things are ok. That matters to me. I made an appointment here two hours ahead of time and I was seen five minutes before my appointment time. I spent about a half hour in the waiting room after checking in, but I was early, so it wasn't a big deal. My nurses and practitioners were all kind and understanding. They kept testing until we found the root of my issues and made sure I understood the severity of my condition. They also kept me in care until my fever went down. I'd recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care. It's not glamorous, but I was given the care that I needed.
