When we first received our quote, it was suspiciously high for the…read moreorder so when we declined part of the job and went with a only a few of the items the reply we received was that "it was quoted wrong, we can drop the tax, and we can discount it" so you tried to take advantage of us and we caught you? When we submitted the artwork, we never received a proof or any type of reply. Next thing we know the items are done but the logos were not straight and the placement was very, very off or not sized correctly. When we brought this up it was met with excuses and no apology or any type of solution. We just paid and left. Never using this vendor again for future work.

I don't think they're closed down there because all their inventory is still right there so it's just a case of catching it when it's open and the hours are massively reduced now so just be aware of that.
