When the flowers hadn't arrived by 3:00 the next day I called HOF and asked where the delivery was because my friend was leaving in an hour. They told me that I never specified a delivery time when I placed the order, that their delivery service couldn't deliver the flowers that day and suggested my friend come and pick up her flowers! I was completely dumbfounded! I cancelled the flowers and then called my credit card company to make sure I was not charged for the order. House of Flowers turned my surprise birthday gift into an embarrassing nightmare! I will never order anything from this company again!

YOU GUYS. My husband and I came here during the day - during…read morethe annual light festival - and it was by far, one of the coolest things ways to spend the day. The house itself is very cool to tour -- the history, the 3 levels of rooms, the decor, the vibes, the insanely cool architecture, all of it was worth the $12 price tag of a ticket. With the installations all over, it created a fun vibe and way to experience the Paine family estate! The gardens are gorgeous -- featuring all kinds of flowers, plants, a fountain, water features, super pretty views and romantic vibes. We spent a good hour wandering the property and would easily return on a future visit!

A very expensive Harley belt wore out and the leather cracked, so they made me a new belt with the Harley hardware. 2. The pull strap on a pair of boots kept tearing and they replaced it. Then there was the time I "needed" a vest made from some of Dad's deerskins. ...and then there was the purse, the belt, the cute gifts, and the shoe repair. Every time I got: a warm smile and conversation, quality work, creative solutions, timely work, and exactly the price that was discussed.
