Owner and staff are exceptional. Turnaround time is very good. I trust them with any repairs.read more

My family has been taking vehicles to this auto shop for many many years and they used to do…read moreincredibly good service and work. However the reason for my bad review is that I had multiple issues with their service recently. I have driven my truck away from their shop twice now when it was unsafe. One time was because they had left the cap from an oil bottle in the way of the hood latch so I am incredibly lucky that my hood did not swing up and shatter my windshield on the drive home. The second time I drove away unsafe was when they forgot to put a weight bearing bolt back onto my truck. The only thing holding my front axle together was tension. They sent my truck home when it was visibly tilted forward in the front end after putting in new suspension. (Which was not visible when we picked it up because they had parked my truck on an incline after they were done working on it. Last year my husband tried to changed my brake pads and found that the lug nuts were so tight that multiple of them were completely striped from being tightened so much at this shop. Come to find out they had wrongly used a torc gun on them and that's why they were striped. So we had to bring it in for them to figure out how to get the wheels off and to do my brakes on the passenger front and both rears (my husband managed to get the front driver side tire off so he completed those brakes). That brings us to today: My brakes started to grind the other day and we immediately started on getting new brakes. Come to find out that they never even replaced my front passenger side brake pad. The drivers side were at about half life (the ones that my husband replaced) and the passenger side brake pads were worn down to metal. We gave them the materials to do all brake pads not just one but they only did the rears. I will attach a photo of one of the brake pads from the passenger side and one from the drivers side so that you too can see how clear it is that the passenger side was never replaced when they said that they did in fact replace it and also charged us for replacing it when in reality I don't think they even took the tire off to look at it
