My parents bank here and have always had great experiences. The bankers and other workers here are always friendly and aren't ever pushy to upgrade accounts or have certain add-ons. I used to bank at PNC across the street for many years, but I finally closed that account because they must work on commission. Not a fan. Riverside Bank also welcomes people by always having cookies, coffee, and cream at a little table near the counter. I love that! I may or may not have indulged in that this afternoon when going to the bank with my mom. If I ever need to open up another bank account, I would certainly be inclined to choose to open one up here. I'm glad Riverside has a local option for the banking needs of local residents. In my case, Riverside Bank is within an easy walking distance of my home. read more

I like this bank because I used to go to PNC across the street to do ATM withdrawals with my non PNC ATM card because PNC did not charge for non PNC bank card use in the PNC ATMs. However, now they started to charge $3.50 (see my review for any PNC bank in the area). Riverside bank I can use my non Riverside Bank ATM card at Riverside Bank without having them charge me. Even though I do not have an account there, I needed to break a $20 bill from the ATM, they did it gladly without giving me the 3rd degree if I have an account there. I may actually open an account at Riverside Bank just based on their level of customer service. The teller was very nice and pleasant! read more
