I decided to give it 3 stars because I think you can find similar quality at a lower price - you pay a premium at Floor Two to be in the Kempinski with one of the best views in town. Setting is superb - very modern with floor to ceiling windows giving a great view of the lake and the Rive Gauche - the only let down was the the Jet d'Eau wasn't turned on... I thin it's probably nicer to go for a lunch to take full advantage of the view... As mentioned in the other review, the service is very good - waiters were very attentive, professional and friendly. Food was very good but slightly pricey - probably due to the setting within the Kempinski hotel. Menu is relatively small but full of interesting choices - I had scallops with chorizo and caviar aubergine followed by the lemon risotto with burrata. They do not have a dessert menu - instead they have a dessert trolley which is a nice throwback to classic fine dining restaurants. We had a delicious 'croustillant de chocolat' which was delicious - they used some 'fleur de sel' which added a very nice sweet-savory combination
