From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by an incredibly friendly staff. The office is spotless, well kept, honestly it feels more like a model home than a dental office. It also has a cool play/wait area for kids with movies playing. Our consultation was excellent. Dr. Johnson took the time to explain everything to both us and our son, ensuring everyone understood what to expect. He provided options, his recommendations and genuinely listened to our thoughts and concerns. We just finished up our 3rd visit and couldn't be happier. The entire staff from the techs to the front desk have been wonderful. We specifically worked with Ava, she was fantastic throughout the entire process. She explained each step during setup and prep, making sure our son felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Johnson really is great with kids. He engages with them and keeps them distracted while he works, he's compassionate, quick & efficient, definitely one of the best! That is not what we want." That level of customer service and attention is rare today and one of the reasons I will continue to use this dental office.
