I am still wondering why that was said to me. Don't all charges have to be coded and amounts made/charged? I did not receive total I paid to DDA, but my dental insurance's allowance. For that, I guess I am supposed to be grateful. I was also accused(?) of not getting other people at DDA "involved" in my concern(s). After their charging me for repairing expensive and fairly new work and continued response "I am not part of medical Staff" while I was asking questions, I was not in the mood to hear any more of what I felt was condescending lip service, from anyone. I can't imagine anyone would feel differently, at this point. How did I end up being charged for what I feel is shoddy work? Was I supposed to "barter" about the charges before I was allowed to leave the building? No thanks. The main gist of a followup letter from office manager was to remove my original review. No apologies of any type. It also seemed to infer I was to blame or the main problem, even though they admitted "a problem was corrected"?? My original review is all true. I am not sure sharing reviews does other than help others that may end up with same experience. I will say I have done business at DDA for many years and have had some good experiences. This was not one of those.

The suction was so strong it kept banging my teeth every time I closed my mouth over it . I told the dentist once crown was done it still felt the same I couldn't tolerate cold or touching it they both still proceeded to scrub it with gauze to dry it. I understand the cement needs to be dry but there is such a thing as bedside manner. I wouldn't recommend them and I am never going back!

Twice in the last year, however, I required urgent care and they responded. A broken bridge, root canal and insertion of a second bridge have all occurred. I can attest that in addition to Dr. Amundson's caring personality, he is competent and operates with gentle, skilled hands. He also uses state of the art technology, keeps you informed as he works and certainly met my test for quality treatment.

He was my family dentist sense I was a little girl I thought he was always amazing after seeing him…read moremy whole childhood I brought my kids to him when they needed to have their first check up But now the root canal he did is failed he left an instrument in my tooth Tooth abscess In 2011 I received a root canal from a dentist in a different state dr Tran grand forks North Dakota then where I reside now. Denver Colorado About 8 weeks ago I started to feel a nagging pain in my tooth that ached whenever I ate or anything touched it. I made an appt with a dentist here in Denver who told me there was an infection and I needed a root canal retreat. He referred me to a dental surgeon who told me He couldn't help me and that I was referred to the wrong specialist, he prescribed me an antibiotic. I went to an Endodontist, who told me there was a instrument left in my tooth from the root canal and that is where the infection is coming from. And on top of that he said the antibiotics I was prescribed were wrong and that the infection was severe. He then prescribed me azithromycin and some painkillers as it's become painful to even eat soft foods. Now I'm told that Medicaid won't cover my surgery and if I want it fixed I need to pay for it upfront, and this is not possible in any reasonable timeframe and I'm so sick and just want to feel better I have a 6 month old I was forced to stop breast feeding and now I'm losing teeth and have puss dripping into my mouth I don't eat or drink anything.... and nobody will help I asked him to help me and pay for the treatment because I'm unable to travel and he's not easy to talk to now that there's an issue
