First, I've only been going there for 1.5 months (4 visits)…read morewhen i went their first time, i was given a form for referrals and if referral came there you'd get a 50$ gift card.. nothing else as told to me as far as rules of gift cards. My first visit was very uncomfortable, the assistant didn't know how to take a blood pressure, so it hurt when she did it over and over again and when i simply asked her if she knew how to take them she got very offended and said yes we were trained.. i told her i could do it if she wanted.. from there on out every time i went in she had a horrible attitude towards me even tried to tell me once how i should take my antibiotics etc.. like seriously that's none of her business and it was a preventative. She is very very unprofessional, rude, and just not a good fit for working with ppl. After the first visit, i got a call that my gift card would be in the mail.. 2 weeks, no gift card. I called and then was told my husband/referral, needed to pay his bill first then I'd get it but after explaining, 1. I wasn't told anything about that, only that i would get the gift card for the referral 2. Our insurance covered everything so there was no bill 3. Then i was told they would have it for me my next visit. Next visit, the assistant was rude, and no gift card. Was told they were out and would get more on that Friday. Then i had an emergency tooth pain that i was dealing with for awhile and it got worse.. i went in to get it pulled, the assistant was overly nice so clearly she was talked to but her niceness was dramatic almost insulting. As Dr was trying to drill a hole in my tooth it caused a severe pain that radiated through my body and caused me to go into an anxiety attack (never happened before) which i jerked and Dr got irrated with me even tho it was a natural human response with such great pain. I ended up having to go to a oral surgeon that day to get it taken care of... and again NO gift card even though the office manager, Rachel promised me twice i would have it... i once again called and left a message about how disappointed i was and if they were going to make things right to please call me.. No call!! This is how they run their office.. UNPROFESSIONAL NO INTEGRITY NO ACCOUNTABILITY... i was looking forward to going here for a very long time and now i wish i never did!! The only ppl who were nice and professional was Stephanie and Julie. I would not recommend them after all the issues with them during my very short time going there.

I took off of work for appointment. I am guessing their schedule is more important than mine. Should have been told up front. Wasn't. If I receive any billing will refer to the state insurance commission.

I once had an infection that was causing extreme pain. Dr. Baye made arraignments to come back that night to get it taken care of. I have also seen the work that Dr. Baye does in his community by directly supporting causes and by volunteering his time.

I actually enjoyed my visit both times I went in preparation for the crown. It was really comfortable at the office and I felt right at home with everyone there. The explanations of what was transpiring while under their care were easy to understand and appreciated. The time taken to make sure I liked the color match of the crown was sincere and I felt I could reject the crown at any point if I wasn't satisfied. This helped me feel at ease. While this visit was quite a few months ago the crown looks great and natural. No one I know has noticed the difference which means it "fits" right in! Thanks for your services. Dr.Hein is superior, friendly, and always has top notch equipment and his facility is always sparkling as if you were at the spa. His care for myself and entire family has always been kind and compassionate. My sister lives in Milwaukee and still agrees we'll never find another dentist like Dr.Hein. After working in dental you definitely see how many doctors treat their patients and staff, make a treatment plan, and how sincere they really are. My experience was amazing and yes, I am talking absolutely it my routine dental cleaning and exam. The hygienist was so friendly and down to earth. The practice is nice, clean and modern. The dentist was SO friendly. For the first time ever I was told everything looked great (with the exception of a cracked crown) and I did not need any additional "work". Regarding the cracked crown...the dentist said he recommended a longer appointment to have the tooth fixed and a small cavity next to it fixed. When I asked about a temporary crown I was informed that I would be leaving with my permanent that day!!! This dentist makes his own crowns, everything taken care of at once! I was overjoyed to hear this and also impressed with needing only one more appointment. I would definitely suggest this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
