The explanations of what was transpiring while under their care were easy to understand and appreciated. The time taken to make sure I liked the color match of the crown was sincere and I felt I could reject the crown at any point if I wasn't satisfied. This helped me feel at ease. Dr.Hein is superior, friendly, and always has top notch equipment and his facility is always sparkling as if you were at the spa. His care for myself and entire family has always been kind and compassionate. My sister lives in Milwaukee and still agrees we'll never find another dentist like Dr.Hein. After working in dental you definitely see how many doctors treat their patients and staff, make a treatment plan, and how sincere they really are. First, I've only been going there for 1.5 months (4 visits)…read morewhen i went their first time, i was given a form for referrals and if referral came there you'd get a 50$ gift card.. nothing else as told to me as far as rules of gift cards. My first visit was very uncomfortable, the assistant didn't know how to take a blood pressure, so it hurt when she did it over and over again and when i simply asked her if she knew how to take them she got very offended and said yes we were trained.. i told her i could do it if she wanted.. from there on out every time i went in she had a horrible attitude towards me even tried to tell me once how i should take my antibiotics etc.. like seriously that's none of her business and it was a preventative. She is very very unprofessional, rude, and just not a good fit for working with ppl. After the first visit, i got a call that my gift card would be in the mail.. 2 weeks, no gift card. I called and then was told my husband/referral, needed to pay his bill first then I'd get it but after explaining, 1. I wasn't told anything about that, only that i would get the gift card for the referral 2. Our insurance covered everything so there was no bill 3. Then i was told they would have it for me my next visit. Next visit, the assistant was rude, and no gift card. Was told they were out and would get more on that Friday. Then i had an emergency tooth pain that i was dealing with for awhile and it got worse.. i went in to get it pulled, the assistant was overly nice so clearly she was talked to but her niceness was dramatic almost insulting. As Dr was trying to drill a hole in my tooth it caused a severe pain that radiated through my body and caused me to go into an anxiety attack (never happened before) which i jerked and Dr got irrated with me even tho it was a natural human response with such great pain. I ended up having to go to a oral surgeon that day to get it taken care of... and again NO gift card even though the office manager, Rachel promised me twice i would have it... i once again called and left a message about how disappointed i was and if they were going to make things right to please call me.. No call!! This is how they run their office.. UNPROFESSIONAL NO INTEGRITY NO ACCOUNTABILITY... i was looking forward to going here for a very long time and now i wish i never did!! The only ppl who were nice and professional was Stephanie and Julie. I would not recommend them after all the issues with them during my very short time going there.

I moved to a different practice. It was a lie. Someone from my office with the same insurance company and coverage told me they love our insurance because it pays for all services; the exact opposite they told me. I understand that people have the right to refuse a service, but to lie about it feels UTTERLY unprofessional and very disappointing. We didn't do anything to deserve this treatment. I feel like they discriminated against my origin and skin color. We're living strange times for sure. Also for those who are wondering, no, we weren't admonished or called out for any reason or misbehavior. I wish they would have been honest and said they didn't want our business. Dr.C.S. came ,explained what he would do &refreshed my memory of our last visit. The receptionist came in to answer questions that I had requested. The cleaning finished, Dr. C.S. returned & checked her work & checked to see if additional visits were needed. Within an hour :cleaning, new problems fixed, follow up visit scheduled, consultation on a procedure of interest to me, free tooth brush/floss. She was so nice to me. She tried to help me in every way she could and got me in that day. The dental assistant was so helpful and nice. I thought the dentist was very thorough and was a nice guy and helped explain all my options All around they were so very helpful and I got a mold of my teeth made and sent to a lab and had a tooth in that following week so thankful for this office and they're amazing staff I would totally recommend them personally.
