Our little one LOVES her therapist - Lisa. She is kind and it's very obvious she loves her job. We had been to a few speech therapists at other facilities in the past and they just were never the right fit. I wish we would've found this place sooner. I called Ray and he got me in again and said we can send the hearing aids back but thought we should try reprogramming again and it has worked. No static. Ray has showed great patience with me and I am very happy with my Heaton aids, with Ray and with the the office girl, I am sorry but I can't remember her name. They are very nice people and will take care of you.

While I really liked the person who did my Botox, and the office is lovely, I was very disappointed…read morein the results. I spent over $600 on Botox, and the results were not the greatest. I didn't need a lot, but they used dysport which I feel was a cheap version of Botox. When I went back for my follow up, even they said it didn't look as if the results were that great. While they did offer to touch up the areas they worked on, it didn't seem to make much of a difference. I never have to get more than 30-40 units, they did much more (dysport again) it still didn't look like ANY other time I had work done. I didn't bother to do a second follow up because I had a feeling it wouldn't make a difference. I think the product was inferior, and they shouldn't promise the results they did. I won't be going back. Med Asthetics is the place to go from now on.

Billing problems because of incorrect coding for insurance companies, lengthy hold time on phone for questions and appointments. Was left in hold for 30 minutes, I thought someone was researching a billing error. Called on my cell phone to see what the hold up was and was told "oh that lines ring back was on mute" The office personal are short tempered. I use to recommend them but no longer.
