For 4 years my aunt hasn't been able to hear well because the hearing aids were not fitted right, he told her the style she wanted was no longer available. He NEVER told us to come in every 3 months for cleaning and adjustments. We had to go in today because her warranty was expiring. Todays experience was 1000 times better. I will do a separate review for todays visit. But I wanted to make it known that Nate really screwed my aunt over. Thank God he has moved to a new location. Found out he is the owners son. Todays visit deserves a 5 star rating. Tiffany was our audiologist today. She was extremely professional and kind. She explained so many things to us that Nate never did. My aunts right hearing aid wasn't working at all, and probably hasn't since day 1. Nate did not care. Tiffany took care of everything. I had been telling people not to go to this business because of the awful service, but Tiffany has redeemed this office.
