We just had Mr. And mr's plumbing replace all of the hot and cold water lines in our house. We had galvanized lines and they were problematic. Early the next week, Sebastian showed up on time, when they said they would, and addressed my issue honestly and efficiently. My experience with this company unfortunately was not what I expected. I was blamed for every single thing that went wrong (which some was but, in my opinion not all), even suggested I asked my husband questions, made me feel like I was back in the 1950s. The services I hired were a pot filler and gas line plumbing installs. The pot filler I purchased, and he reviewed prior to did not fit, had to be altered and only has about a quarter of an inch before you hit the microwave. Once he put in place the faucet the dry wall was pushed in/damaged. He said he would so kindly give me a quote to repair, I was over it and asked him to please cancel and exit my home. I called the company afterwards to try and find some sort of resolution/middle ground but the phonecall was just a lot of back and forth. He did offer at the very end to have come out and move the filler (which will cause the dry wall to need repairs again) and finish installing the stove. In the meanwhile, I am left with no stove, damaged dry wall and an eyesore for a pot filler. Service tech was very nice but some attention to detail could be improved. The story is much longer but to save the time and effort, I was extremely disappointed in my experience, and I do not recommend the company. read more

This plumber is a joke and doesn't stand behind his work!! Came out to do a repair which failed within 2 days of work being competed and paid for. When contacted for them to come and look at it again..... They lied that they had been given instruction not to do additional work while on site. Refused to come and take a look at their own work without charging additional fees 48hrs after being paid!!!! I refuse to pay them to again to perform the same service that was supposedly just done and called another plumber. Do not trust them with any jobs, use anyone but these guys! read more

We had a gas leak at our house and when the plumber came out he told me there was no leak. He supposedly performed a pressure test on the house. He did not do a bubble test and made me extremely uncomfortable following me to the back hall of my house, creepily staring into my bedroom, while I got my card for payment. The gas company came back out to turn gas on, performing their own pressure test as a double check, and showing me that there was indeed a leak. They then did a courtesy bubble test and found THREE leaks. I got a refund for my payment, but that doesn't make up for the time I wasted with this company and the bad vibes I got from the plumber they sent. Needless to say I had a different company do the repairs. read more

Every time we used our hose bib in the front yard we would see a little bit of water leaking into our basement wall. Gave Mr. & Mrs. Plumber a call and they stopped by to look at it the same day. Scheduled to have it repaired the next day and they did a great job! Communication, customer service and repairs were one of the best I've seen in a long time! Was an absolute NIGHTMARE and a miserable experience working with Martin Markham at Mr and Mrs Plumbing from Commercial Point Ohio. Paid them almost 5k to do a rough in at a house im renovating, he was always demanding checks after he told me he wouldn't collect any money up front. We paid him in full almost 4 weeks ago and now he will not return to finish the job that we have a contract from him in writing after he gave me his word if I paid him in full he would finish the job. He is now demanding more money claiming he did a refrigerator line that was not included in the quote, but in fact he told me he would throw that in for free if I went with his quote and we actually had a conversation where I was asking him to add that to the quote before he started working and he never did and he said "I needed to trust him". Now that the final check has cleared the bank he keeps telling me he will "DO ME A FAVOR" and show me how to finish the job. He called for inspection and still had 10 hours of work to do and was running around chasing down leaks, he literally replaced 1 connection 3 times because it was leaking until his wife finally read the PVC glue bottle and told him they needed to let it setup for 24 hours. When the inspector showed up he failed the job and Martin actually told me he "HOPED HE DIDN'T CATCH THAT". The sad thing is he is our neighbor and told me on numerous occasions "Im your neighbor do you think I will F**K you over" which is exactly what he did. He is NOT a man of his word, and is very cocky and arrogant with nothing to back it up, he doesn't know any of the building codes and makes BOLD statements constantly where his facts are NOT correct and it just shows his ignorance! On 1 occasion he actually told me he was going to go in the house and "rip out all the plumbing" and at that time he was paid probably 80%. He is a mediocre plumber with a horrible bad attitude. It was a struggle for me to decide to put this review out there since he is our neighbor but I felt obligated to let people know about him since we based using him off of his internet reviews before we even realized we were neighbors. If he will do all of this to a neighbor what do you think he will do to you. I have asked him thru texting on several occasions what I and my wife have ever done to him to deserve this kind of treatment and of course he never gives a reply. I finally decided enough was enough and have hired another plumber to finish the job. After our last text conversation I told him to never step foot back on my property again. BEWARE! Martin and his wife did an excellent job on the minor work done in my guest bathroom. I like their honesty and ability to let you know up front what is needed and not needed. They work for you not just for the money. We need more professional and honest people like this couple.
