When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. The "post-immediate" timing for follow-up that was communicated to us did not match actual experience. It got done but not in line with what we were told. 2. While acceptable, the extent of services and resulting billing felt a bit excessive. *Our insurance company communicated with Roto Rooter to question some of the charges. * We later learned that Roto Rooter agreed to our insurance company's assessment, yet we were billed the original estimate (110% of what was agreed with our insurance company). * When we questioned the billing we had paid, it took over a month to get acknowledgement that we'd been overcharged. * We ultimately rec'd a credit for the overcharge, 10 days after it was promised and 3 months after the service was provided. While we were quite happy with the service we received, we were disappointed with the business practices.

Chris showed up a little bit early, talked me through the details of my kit installation (needed some adjusting due to the awkward location of my tub), and got right to work. He had a true eye for detail and was incredibly thorough - even cleaned up afterward. Before, my bathroom and tub looked horrible - and now, it's gorgeous!
