When we reviewed the estimate from the insurance company together, they had plans to maximize what we were getting and provided options to help reduce my out-of-pocket expenses. We went with their roofing company and they waive their 10% adjuster fee and I'm very glad I did. Their roofing team was very professional and took their time to do the work correctly even with venting changes I made. The material used was top of the line and they worked with me until I was completely satisfied before they left. They even came back (after they were paid) and replaced the roof vents that I wasn't happy with in a week. I talked with several of these folks but it didn't seem like I could trust any of them. Looking up their less than great reviews confirmed my gut. Then I met JT Public Adjusters; in large part due to Matt Uliverie's upfront and honest approach I decided to go with them. They took care of the insurance side of things for me and got the whole roof replacement covered. Shoutout to Matt Ulivieri who was fantastic throughout the entire process. There was a separate issue caused by the crew during the installation, but when I called him, Matt didn't hesitate -- he had someone come out to fix it ASAP - with no hassle, no excuses. That kind of responsiveness truly matters and sets them apart. I'm still waiting on the warranty paperwork, and we'll see how the roof holds up over time, but based on everything so far, I'd definitely recommend Matt and JT Public Adjusters to anyone dealing with storm damage.

The insurance company continuously state, they cannot communicate with the adjuster. Then they begin trying to push the claim to go into litigation using their attorneys, skipping the mediation process. Their accounting department is less than reliable, for the insurance sends them payments that if you're not keeping track, they don't send the payment checks accurately. Lastly, they issued me a check that got returned for none sufficient funds. Not the company to entrust such sensitive matters like your home & any claims that must go through the homeowner insurance.
