This pizza has grown on me. Very cheesy, and you're in for a treat if you order pepperoni pizza: they are LOADED with pepperoni! We order out, and their delivery time is pretty reasonable. Riverside is a top 3 pizza I've ever had (3 favourite styles are Riverside's, second a French/Northern Italian/Swiss influenced, and third New York! A close call is California style but that is also depending on a good health kick) Just depends on what I'm in the food for! I don't even like vegetarian, but I love theirs. Plain pep or pep and mushroom is simple and delicious. Honestly, odd part is the pizza is best eaten on delivery* (still hot but not piping) and ready.....knife and fork!* Riverside #1! Best parts about their pizzas are the following: The cheese: it's chewy, it's stretchy, it's flavourful and there is plenty of it. The Toppings: "Don't be shy ;)". Not spread out like most pizzas, Riverside is layered :D (their pepperoni is incredible for this pizza). The sauce: nicely flavoured brings together the pizza! read more

Amazing Pizza , nice and thick in cheese and ingredients. I love the extremely thin pepperoni. Hard to find good pizza like this anywhere in Ottawa. A must try. Unfortunately tho if you're in the west end of the city I have seen us wait over 1h30min for delivery and the food was cold. Pick up on way home is highly recommended. read more

I enjoy coming to this place with my family in Cornwall. I only visit every once in a while and I have never had a bad experience. The pizza is amazing with the fresh cheese and toppings and the crust is just amazing. It is totally a fork and knife sort of pizza... The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are not that great and need a good upgrade, but other than that, I have no complaints about the pizza itself. Totally worth it! read more

This pizzeria is the pizzeria that I've been using since I was a lad in High School. The pizza is delicious and drivers are courteous. The problem is that the customer service over the last year really sucks. Lately I've taken to asking for a delivery time and when it's reasonable, I order. The last two times I've ordered I was told the wait would be 25-30 minutes. Both times I've only called back after 60 minutes. This last time the person answering the phone was quite rude and told me it would go with the next driver and hung up on me. It is truly unfortunate that this restaurant, the best one in our fair city has gone to crap. read more
