There was only one other person in the store; a man who walked in about 30 minutes after I was there wanting to buy a dining chair. The owner who was getting ready to check me out, was also talking to the man about the chair. He then told me he was going to help that man pull the chair out first. My husband told me that we should leave because it was rude. Well, I thought nothing of it at first, until the owner returned to the register and began to check the man out at the register right in front of me. It was then I realized this guy clearly had no intention of helping me. So then I decided to gather my husband and my daughter and walk out. This ranks up there with the few times I've been treated with rudeness and patronizing unkindness. I will never go back to this place. I also have found that Coakley carries very good quality items. Both the tile and the hardwood flooring was excellent to work with and to look at.
