I…read moretalked to Mike and he said that instead of putting my car on the rack to check the tires, which would cost money, I should instead just put some air in the tires and check the pressure. I gave him money for the air pump and he had one of his guys check the pressure for me. He explained that I had too much air in the tires and that may have been the problem all along but that if my sensors went off again I should bring it back. He was so helpful and saved me money, which he easily could have taken from me. Instead he was very honest and helpful so if I ever need to have my car serviced, I will definitely bring it there.

I call and was told I don't know what to tell you, place another order online and hung up on... then they played the game of I can't hear you, hello... it's nice that this is the customer service provided nowadays and it's acceptable... It's pretty sad and pathetic... If you don't want to do your job than leave it but this store needs to get it together ... sale tags not put out, no explanations for order cancelations, hung up on repeatedly... CVS HAS NEVER!
