I waited 2 hours , still no Vet!!! They told me that the Vet was looking after the animals in the back. They should have a Vet available for the ones in the back And one available for Walk Ins. They told me my little dog was stable (not !! she was breathing heavy) So if an emergency came in they were to go ahead of us. Then a cat came in, just for a check up, They came out and took the cat over us. I had to leave because my dog was crying And I didn't like the way we were treated. I told them I would call my Vet in the Morning. When I got into my Vet, they told me that my little girl was very sick and I had to put her down. ( my heart is broken ) But she didn't have to go through what she did, if Port City was more Professional.
