Save your time and don't go there. Find another dealer. I bought a car 20 days ago that needed an oil change. I went to a dealer, who told me the two front axles were leaking. I called Adrian and Noah, and they made me drive all the way there, 73 miles, so "they can fix" I got there. Oh, sorry, we can't do anything about it. It has to be out of pocket. I asked them how they would sell a car like that; Noah said, "We didn't; it wasn't like that. We cannot sell a car like that." that's what you get when you buy a used car. Noah was rude and very careless. I told him I had 30 days or 1,000 miles, and he said no, we don't accept any used cars back. I told him about the finance, and Adrian told me that, and he said they can't tell you that because we don't accept used cars: practically I am a liar and good luck. After that, I checked the sales papers, and the contract says 15 days or 500 miles, but Noah said they don't take them back! Never again!!! It was the worst service ever. read more

Nick the sales rep is great and the truck actually runs great. My problem is whether or not they did the safety inspection on my truck I bought 10 months ago. I took it in for my first oil change and tire rotation 2 months ago at the Toyota dealership, I was informed that my lug nuts are swollen and stuck and they could not rotate my tires because they don't want to break anything. Today I had the Lug-nuts replaced at discount tire they had to use a breaker bar with a 5 foot floor jack handle for leverage to remove the Lug-nuts. I went back to Riverview to talk to the general manager and ask, how do you do a safety inspection when you can't get the lug nuts off? his reply was well it's been a year anything could happened. 10 months and 3000 miles later I don't think so. By the way, 1 is rusted in there so bad that it has to be drilled out which I'm going to leave until I am done dealing with the issue with the proper authorities. read more

The buying experience was great. They were fast and courteous. The next day I took my new truck to the Ford dealership to have a couple of things repaired with the navigation system. I was then told that the check engine light had been reset the day before just right before I bought it. I think this is a crooked practice and they should have disclosed to me that there were problems when I bought the vehicle instead of hiding it by resetting the check engine light . Because of that I would never recommend them to anyone else read more

I would never recommend anyone to purchase their car from riverview auto. I bought a 2008 lancer from them February 2017 and had a transmission go out in May 2017 they fixed it with my warranty 100$ deductible which wasn't bad. But the day after i got it back it started leaking transmission fluid! At first they tried to say it wasn't their problem but Brian got us in there got it fixed and back to us. Not even a week later we are leaking coolant. I called and they said it wasn't their fault and that the car had no problems before we owned it. They told me to take it to Bradley Ford who has been the one fixing my car and they told me they weren't even going to look at the car until i paid them 60$ because this wasn't their fault. I refused to pay it because it had to be them it wasn't leaking before we gave it to them and they finally agreed to look at it free of charge after saying up and down it wasn't their fault to find out it was a lose clamp from them doing the transmission and they didn't even apologize! Worst experience i have EVER had. I do not recommend ANYONE to ever go there. read more
