I contacted Noah in the Finance Department at Bradley Ford regarding a vehicle inquiry and some follow-up questions related to a vehicle I previously purchased from the dealership. During our conversation, Noah told me he would call me back by the end of the day. That was two days ago, and I have yet to receive a call back. I understand that things come up and people get busy, but when a customer is promised a callback, it's reasonable to expect some follow-through. Even a quick call, text, or email letting me know there was a delay would have been appreciated. As a returning customer, I expected a higher level of communication and customer service. My wife scheduled a transmission fluid flush, and I asked service to not proceed if it seemed hopeless. They claimed to have done it, but after driving only 5-6 miles within 24 hours back home and to the transmission shop, they noticed that the fluid was black, and filters were filthy. Pulled the tab and supposedly won $1,000 cash, and went in to the dealership where it says to redeem my cash prize. Went in and they told us that it was all a lie and that $1,000 cash is only to go towards a car. This is a whole new kind of low. Then the guy says with an attitude, "well it's advertising". How about have some integrity. I get why these mailers go out, because it does bring new customers in that may have not gone in but it's no excuse or reason to lie. No where does it say in the mailer "must purchase car". It just says go into the dealer to claim your prize. Don't run promotions and send mailers if you winners don't actually win anything. Came in for an oil change . They picked my truck up and delivered it back to me . I started my truck to pull in the garage , and noticed a weird noice . I popped the hood and noticed they did not put my oil cap back on the truck . And they drove it that way . They came again to pick up the truck to fix it , they delivered my truck with an old oil cap from an old engine they had laying out back, and scratch my a pillar because they said it was rattling, so they fixed it without my knowledge and damage my a pillar. When I talk to the owner about it, his response was well. Didn't they wash it and fill it up with gas for you? The owner is a giant smart mouth. Now I've gotta call my friend which is an attorney and go that route because this place has a bunch of incompetent people working in their service department. We purchased a 2025 Ford bronco today. The only shining star today was Dante in the service department and my beautiful Bronco. Over the years we've purchased multiple vehicles from multiple dealerships. We were surprised that Bradley Ford does not do anything extra for the customers. You get a warranty however, you have to pay for your own oil changes, and anything thing else that you have done through the dealership. None of the sales people know the answers to any of your questions. we were quoted interest rate at 1.99% by finance ant it is really 7.44%. We didn't need to finance but that 1.99% was tempting. No one apologized for all the bad information they gave us. I can't think of a thing that they told us that wasn't completely opposite of what you get at the Anderson Lake Havasu dealerships. I just purchased a 2024 Ford Edge Titanium from them and Bill (Manager) was most helpful in giving me a fair trade in on my truck. Sharon took the finalization of the purchase and spent hours with me going over all the vehicles options. She was "SUPER CHEERFUL" and addressed all my questions & concerns. I have used their service department for "ALL" my services from the day I purchased my truck and will continue to use them for the new car. Be careful when buying a vehicle from these guys, the salesman found out I owned a company, he kept saying oh you can afford it you own a company bla, bla, bla, way over priced truck at $98K for a XLT and then they kept saying that Ford Credit was a higher interest rate which was a complete lie, they hosed me with a 7.10% rate from Wells Fargo, after I left I found out Ford Credit would have been less than 3.9% interest rate. And to top it off they did not want to give me a deal because they thought I was a company from California, I did not disclose that I own a leasing company and a large ranch in Arizona. Made an appointment to have my emergency brake looked at in my rv since I'm having issues w being able to use slides and levelers because the emergency brake isn't registering in my control center. I've been pushing the emergency brake to the floor because that's what I was told to do when I bought it. The tech looked at it and had me make sure my levelers and slides were coming up on my screen. Turns out I don't have to mash the brake down and it works fine. The tech (wish I could remember his name) put in a new T for the sensor and zip tied some loose wires for me. They didn't even charge me! I will be using this Ford for service on my rv when in the area. Lena, my service advisor and the tech were great! My car has been in for regular service, and they told me about a rear shock that was leaking. I told them, "Didn't you replace a rear shock for me under warranty?" "Yes" they responded, "the same one that is leaking." They checked, and it was still under the manufacturer warranty for a couple of months. I tried so many times to make an appointment to get that replaced. The service advisor that handled it would not return any of my calls. Another service advisor said she could not handle it and would have him return my call. Never happened, and now the warranty has expired. Funny, how how that worked out, huh? I am amazed at the kindness, helpfulness and professionalism of Bradley ford(John the sales exec., Sharon who delivered the truck, and Dante the finance Guru and all around accessories wizard!) Now, writing this review, I am anticipating my payoff on my old Audi to be on time by Ford but counting that it will. I am not easy on reviews but this dealership did their best to to be upfront and fair. Even after I took the truck, I had some questions on the radio antenna as well as the included bed liner which Dante handled like a pro. We had been to several other dealerships in Henderson, Kingman thinking we'd get a better deal but realized Bradley Ford laid all the information clearly out(from John the sales person) from the beginning. They offered all the available promotions and discounts from the beginning where as other dealers held them back and tried to call us after we left their dealership. We will continue to take the Truck for service at Bradley as well as recommend them to others. Once my Audi that they bought is paid off on time as well as a few other minor details we are handling w/the bed liner, I will update this review to confirm the 5 stars. When I showed up the service writer put $90 down as estimate...I told her what I reserved online and she wrote it on the paper and said she would show to cashier. Well when truck was done cashier handed me a bill for $80 and I said I thought it was $56 and she said sorry but she will call the service manager over. I showed the manager THEIR WEBSITE WITH LISTED PRICES and she said oh that's not for all cars...I asked why did it ask for all vehicle info and then give me the price to reserve? Stay away from this dealership if you are looking for a pleasant no hassle car buying experience. We dealt with Scott in car sales. He told me he was in internet sales. Internet sales at reputable dealerships usually means you get down to the best bottom line price of a vehicle without all the usual B.S. you normally experience when you walk into a dealership unannounced. We were looking at a 2022 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. Scott did not have the horsepower to do a deal on his own and was apparently going to a manager to get a price. I had shopped via the internet and told Scott up front that the best deal I could find was $1,000 BELOW MSRP. After waiting about half an hour to get a price it was $5,000 OVER MSRP with a $1,000 discount, so total price was $4,000 over MSRP. I told Scott we were about five thousand dollars apart and got up to leave. Scott ran back into the manager's office and came back out offering to take another $1,500 off the price. Needless to say I left and will not return to this dealership for any type of car sales. This is a typical small town dealership. Save yourself the time and trouble and go elsewhere! read more

I came in for a basic oil change. She said she asked me if I wanted a tire rotation. I never heard her ask me about any tire rotation, only what type of oil I wanted, blended or full synthetic. I said I'll take blended. After the work was done I payed and left. When I checked the paperwork the box for tire rotation was not checked. When I called her to address this issue she said I refused the tire rotation. Nonsense, why wouldn't I want a complimentary tire rotation. She got huffy with me over some so trivial I couldn't believe it. How about, sorry Mr customer, I thought you said no. But no worries, come on down and we'll take care of it. Wow! I read all these nasty reviews about the service department but I have had 2 previous experiences and both times I received excellent service from start to finish. Actually my most recent visit I took my 2012 Raptor in for a periodic cold start issue. Within 1 day my service advisor called and she said it was a issue with the fuel pump. Thinking "dam my Raptor is out of factory warranty this is going to be expensive" she advised me that the fuel pump was still covered. So much to my surprise She saved me about $1200.00. Terrible customer service and incredibly unprofessional. Took my truck in to have work done before a very big drive. Made an appointment 2 weeks out, which is totally fine, I do not mind scheduling a little but out. However when I showed up to my appointment, the service department informed me that there was no appointment. All of the things I had scheduled, they said they could get to, but clearly did not. Now my check engine light is on, 2 days after I was at Ford. They informed me when I was there that they were scheduling 2 weeks to 1 month out, so if something needed repaired, they would have no clue when they could get to it. Please, schedule accordingly and don't put potential customers in a safety bind because of poor operations and scheduling management. read more

Initially reviewed Bradley Ford as 1 star for purchasing a new F250 with defective paint that was "repaired" in a non ideal way, and identified after I took it home. There was a lot of frustration early in the process of attempting to get it fixed, likely because of text messaging as the preferred form of communication and lack of upfront transparency and appropriate explanation. The GM was involved early on and he gladly involved the owner when I wasn't happy with the explanation(s) and options being proposed. The owner shared that the manufacturer isn't obligated to disclose damages less than $500 to repair, and I confirmed this with a family contact at Ford. It's unfortunate this is allowed because it creates unnecessary tension between customers and dealerships. Final outcome of repair to be determined. read more

Brad was friendly, knowledgable and made it very straightforward and easy, and we paid thousands less than we would have at any other dealer we had seen. (And we visited loads.) That said, I have never before been treated so well by a car dealership. Lena in the service department was on top of the status of my automobile at all times. This problem was a difficult assessment and a longer than expected time to repair because of parts being unavailable. Through no fault of Bradley Ford or their employees, parts were not available and Bradley is short-handed, like every other business in today's America. My car is not only driving like a dream again, it turned out to be a warranty issue, so no money out of pocket.
