    Won $1,000 cash. Just come in to the dealership to claim your prize it says... NOPE. Must buy a car first.

    All time new low for shady car sales people. Yes I read the fine print and it says no purchase necessary. Pulled the tab and supposedly won $1,000 cash, and went in to the dealership where it says to redeem my cash prize. Went in and they told us that it was all a lie and that $1,000 cash is only to go towards a car. This is a whole new kind of low. Then the guy says with an attitude, "well it's advertising". How about have some integrity. I get why these mailers go out, because it does bring new customers in that may have not gone in but it's no excuse or reason to lie. No where does it say in the mailer "must purchase car". It just says go into the dealer to claim your prize. Don't run promotions and send mailers if you winners don't actually win anything. Just a local business trying to scam the locals. Sometimes it's not all about selling a car. I guess some businesses will do anything to make a buck.

    For got to put oil cap on truck after oil change

    Came in for an oil change . They picked my truck up and delivered it back to me . I started my truck to pull in the garage , and noticed a weird noice . I popped the hood and noticed they did not put my oil cap back on the truck . And they drove it that way . They came again to pick up the truck to fix it , they delivered my truck with an old oil cap from an old engine they had laying out back, and scratch my a pillar because they said it was rattling, so they fixed it without my knowledge and damage my a pillar. When I talk to the owner about it, his response was well. Didn't they wash it and fill it up with gas for you? The owner is a giant smart mouth. Now I've gotta call my friend which is an attorney and go that route because this place has a bunch of incompetent people working in their service department. That is the sixth time I've taken my truck in there and every time something has happened. I blame myself from not learning. It's worth the drive to go anywhere but this service department.!!!!!!!!

    Bradley Ford in lake havasu has completely turned around. All the previous problems I've had with them are in the past. I just purchased a 2024 Ford Edge Titanium from them and Bill (Manager) was most helpful in giving me a fair trade in on my truck. Sharon took the finalization of the purchase and spent hours with me going over all the vehicles options. She was "SUPER CHEERFUL" and addressed all my questions & concerns. I have used their service department for "ALL" my services from the day I purchased my truck and will continue to use them for the new car. Thanks goes out to all involved with my purchase down to the signing of the papers.

    The worst dealership i have encountered in 60 Years, service writers are on break at 8 am, they start at 7.30 all are useless mouth pices. Waited for 10 mins in front of all four as they drank, coffe, ate donuts, did not answer the pnones, and one CLOWN re aranged his ice cooler behind his desk AY 8 AM IN THE MORNING Mike bradley has no clue how to run a dealership, he got his dealership from MOMMY AND DADDY HE TOO IS A CLOWN............ GO TO ANDERSON, BULLHEAD CITY OR KINGMAN LOSERS TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL

    Thank you, John, Sharon and Dante!!! I am writing this 5 star review early as we just purchased our '23 F-150 STX 3 days ago and Ford hasn't requested a review from us quite yet. I am amazed at the kindness, helpfulness and professionalism of Bradley ford(John the sales exec., Sharon who delivered the truck, and Dante the finance Guru and all around accessories wizard!) Now, writing this review, I am anticipating my payoff on my old Audi to be on time by Ford but counting that it will. I am not easy on reviews but this dealership did their best to to be upfront and fair. Even after I took the truck, I had some questions on the radio antenna as well as the included bed liner which Dante handled like a pro. We had been to several other dealerships in Henderson, Kingman thinking we'd get a better deal but realized Bradley Ford laid all the information clearly out(from John the sales person) from the beginning. They offered all the available promotions and discounts from the beginning where as other dealers held them back and tried to call us after we left their dealership. We will continue to take the Truck for service at Bradley as well as recommend them to others. Once my Audi that they bought is paid off on time as well as a few other minor details we are handling w/the bed liner, I will update this review to confirm the 5 stars. John, Sharon and Dante really deserve to be recognized for their above and beyond service.

    Scheduled an oil change online and put in all truck details and picked the $56 oil change. When I showed up the service writer put $90 down as estimate...I told her what I reserved online and she wrote it on the paper and said she would show to cashier. Well when truck was done cashier handed me a bill for $80 and I said I thought it was $56 and she said sorry but she will call the service manager over. I showed the manager THEIR WEBSITE WITH LISTED PRICES and she said oh that's not for all cars...I asked why did it ask for all vehicle info and then give me the price to reserve? She then stated "yeah the website is kinda misleading, would 10% off make you happy" ...I told her whatever since she was being rather short and rude like I was bothering her...I know it's only an extra $20 of what the website says but false advertising really pisses me off...all the other crappy Yelp reviews are probably accurate from what I saw today...I will never be back...whoever the GM is feel free to call me and I may fix this review...you got my info just ask your rude Service Manager!

    I'm beside myself for not posting a proper review earlier. I've relocated to LHC and am lucky…read moreenough that my brother (already a resident) had found Autoworks for mechanic work, this review covers over three years of Autoworks as my exclusive shop. I've been lucky enough to see them move into a facility worthy of their service. The first interaction I had with James was a 30 min phone conversation, ON A SUNDAY, to try to talk me out of $10k of work on my 2014 F150, cause it was only worth about $13k, and he didn't feel right about the work vs. value for me. Well, after said discussion, the replacement of 135k mile parts happened and I got a new 2014 F150. I have come here since, it is an honest, trustworthy, reliable shop that is going to tell you what work needs to be done and the price for it. I have just returned from an over 7k mile road trip with my "dream adventure rig", a 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 with heavy mods. They are in the midst of replacing the original transmission with over 215k miles with a new Jasper that I hope to put at least that many miles on. I had the privilege of ending the original's use in its last 10k miles hauling up and down 10 mountain ranges crisscrossing the US. Autoworks has performed pre and post trip inspections for me and OUR mission is to keep both my vehicles in proper working condition and road worthy until absolutely no longer feasible, this mission is being accomplished amazingly. My photos show how this shop makes my dreams come true, let alone changing my oil. Thank you to all the people in the shop and we'll keep trucking and dreaming.
