This was about high noon for shopping, and husband needed to use the restroom and it was closed in the back of the store. Then a few minutes later, wife needed to use the front restroom, and that was being cleaned. Zigzagging between front and back bathrooms when it's the busy time of the day is not good for us seniors. One of us have a bad hip and we both have bad knees. Don't understand this, can't you clean it early morning or later in the afternoon/evening? Things need to be looked into like this for people's consideration. They are quite friendly here tho. So it's a mixed bag.

I told her I had it on my phone and waited for the Walmart app to load. She rushed me, ignored other customers, and refused to check someone else's receipt while I was still waiting. When my receipt finally loaded, she sighed heavily like I was stealing. Her behavior made me feel singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected -- especially as a mom trying to manage a fussy baby. I've never felt so singled out for no reason. Walmart needs to train staff to treat all customers with respect, because this was unacceptable. I want to speak to management about how I was treated, because Walmart needs to ensure all customers are treated fairly and with respect.
