This was my first visit to the Bullhead City, AZ Auto Service Center! I scheduled my 2024 Buick Envista ST for a oil change. I arrived early for the APPT so the tech had plenty of time to perform service. Service writer was friendly and helpful. I informed him my vehicle has a factory installed rear suspension watts bar and the tires PSI should be set to factory label on the door. front 35psi, rear 32psi and he recorded my request on the work order for the tech. I also added a tire rotation if needed! My service results were disappointing as I went through service that was performed. Tires were all set to 35psi as the tech disregarded my request!! Oil life Monitor was Not reset so I reset it myself which is very easy to do on newer cars. Next day I discovered rt rear valve stem cap laying on the ground in my garage so I checked all VS caps and found all were loose so I installed and tightened all caps. The Engine oil level was correct I did not measure the tire tread depths, but concerned they may not have rotated them due to the total service only took about 20 mins. Now here is the recap: I worked in automotive service for 40 years and I get it if a customer were to arrive for their APPT late, that some servicing will be rushed or over looked (not a good thing when it comes to safety of your vehicle) or the tech is having a attitude issue, Another service writer finished my paperwork and saw the tech set the psi all to 35 and saw the comment of set tires to front 35 and rear 32 per factory specs. They did not offer to have the rear tires reset to 32 so I did it myself. These are some minor issues and unfortunately I will not be returning there for service, I also have relatives that have their cars serviced there and I do not want them to have service done improperly either. Hoping the service manager will address the inportance of customer satisfaction and vehicle safety with the staff. read more

I had a horrible experience at this specific Walmart Supercenter today at 5:20pm. I made a big purchase with multiple items at self-checkout while holding my baby, and an older associate with a bad attitude singled me out to check my receipt. I told her I had it on my phone and waited for the Walmart app to load. She rushed me, ignored other customers, and refused to check someone else's receipt while I was still waiting. When my receipt finally loaded, she sighed heavily like I was stealing. Her behavior made me feel singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected -- especially as a mom trying to manage a fussy baby. I've never felt so singled out for no reason. Walmart needs to train staff to treat all customers with respect, because this was unacceptable. I want to speak to management about how I was treated, because Walmart needs to ensure all customers are treated fairly and with respect. read more

Been shopping here for approximately one year. As a senior citizen myself, I appreciate receiving good service. I am always treated respectfully by the employees. Employees seem to always perform at a high level. This business is exceptional. read more

Not happy with this Walmart today. We'll have to go to another grocery store to find at least three items that were not available here. Unfortunately that's not the first time. This was about high noon for shopping, and husband needed to use the restroom and it was closed in the back of the store. Then a few minutes later, wife needed to use the front restroom, and that was being cleaned. Zigzagging between front and back bathrooms when it's the busy time of the day is not good for us seniors. One of us have a bad hip and we both have bad knees. Don't understand this, can't you clean it early morning or later in the afternoon/evening? Things need to be looked into like this for people's consideration. They are quite friendly here tho. So it's a mixed bag. read more

I love this store. It's clean, organized and the staff has always been helpful. This past May I got a hell of a deal. A 2 burner Blackstone griddle with collapsible legs with wheels. It was an open box for $180 and all the parts were inside. The griddle was stacked high and it was heavy but a staff member helped get it down for me and helped me load it into my vehicle. I come here it buy meat to smoke in my smoker. This is the only place I have found beef cheek meat. The meat is extremely tender when smoked. I love their bakery and I love their hoggie rolls for bbq sandwiches. read more

I really enjoy going to Walmart. They have some very good prices and a plethora of items that you can't get in other stores. However, today I went in to buy a mat for under my treadmill and there were two people walking with boxes on a dolly both work there woman and a guy and I asked them where I could find the mat and the woman said in the kitchen area they have mats and so I said no. I'm looking for something specifically for under my treadmill + she said in a very Curt and nasty voice. Well, we don't have anything specific and so I decided I'd go look by the treadmills and sure enough there were two options I did buy one. I couldn't find those people. I wanted to let them know that there were specific treadmill mats. It's really important to educate the staff so that people can actually buy what they need because 90% of the time maybe even more, it's actually in the store. read more

This Walmart is always clean and zoned properly. My visit to their Automobile Dept and speaking with associate Tea, who works inside checking in customers, was pleasant. She is knowledgeable, and so patient with the many senior citizens who come in and become impatient and unkind and sometimes have an entitlement. She can handle the many situations that come in, and she deals with them with ease. How do I know she deals with many customers? Only because I wait for my cars to get worked on each time. I hope the store manager will uplift her and be able to give her an incentive raise for her quality of customer service and for being so knowledgeable in her field. read more

I usually try to avoid Walmart, but we needed to find a place that had dog dishes for our fur babies traveling with us. I was able to pop in and out and got what I wanted. Surprisingly, the store was not crowded. It was clean. I walked past some clearance racks, and the clothing was organized. My only purpose was the dog dishes, and they were reasonably priced. I'm a big fan of this Walmart Supercenter store in Bullhead. I always stop in here and pick up non-perishables when I'm in the area. I prefer shopping at the Bullhead Walmart compared to the Walmart locations local to me in Henderson, Nevada. The Bullhead location is very clean and tidy, and the store is organized sensibly. I never have any trouble finding anything. Another nice thing about this store is how empty it is - very easy to get up and down each aisle without a crowd of depressed people in the way, like at my local Walmarts. Five stars! Given that Bullhead City has a limited selection, it's great that this Walmart is still operating and offers a large amount of plant based / vegan options if you look for them! They have a huge freezer aisle of plant-based items and a decent selection of hard to come by fruit juices, peanut butter/jelly condiments, fruit chip snacks, and fresh fruit with out preservatives/additives :) overall, good prices too! read more

10 months after my 1st bad review regarding items missing from my delivery orders, I'm still getting deliveries with items missing. There is little doubt in my mind that items I am paying for are being stolen. I'm getting tired of having to call the Walmart 800 number for a refund every time things are missing. read more

bullhead city is the best Walmart ever. I really like that. They have a hair salon available for customers walk-in basis. The staff is super friendly and the store is an exploding with people. I think more Walmart stores should open up in Kingman. read more

Multiple times in November 2024, On the Border Tortilla Chips were not available. The store staff puts them in an eye-catching place when they do have them instead of the location with all other chips. We checked back the next day and usually found them unavailable. Is a local distributer buying them up? We do most of our grocery shopping at the BHC store. Is there a shortage of this superior brand? read more

I used to actually LIKE shopping @ Wally WOrld. Esp. after they instaled a LOT of SELF-CHECKOUT MACHINES! I am a single-person household, and go to Wally every 2 or 3 days for FRESH food. Well, this AM, a Friday @ 9 AM, they had ALL the self checkouts closed, except for 4 t the main entrance. WTF? Another 20+ lanes CLOSED? And lines backed up for like 4-6 deep! EVERY AVAILABLE CASHIER LINE WAS 4-6 DEEP! I abandoned my cart and they can re-stock all my fugging shidd later, FUGG em. I guess I'l have to shp at like 10 PM from now on. Fugg. read more

I stopped here on the way to Bullhead City. It is a hyper-busy supercenter that is a hyper convenience store for the Arizona Route 95 traveller and Bullhead City resident. As a Route 95 traveller, it met my needs. For only $1.50, I was able to withdraw money from the ATM machine. There was a decent selection of road atlases. On my visit the lines moved fast. For the road I picked up a large Coke from their Mcdonald's. And a traffic signal got me safely back onto southbound Arizona Route 95. read more

Orders online once again from Walmart. I ordered 2 identical items One of them I ordered from Walmart. The other I ordered from Amazon. Both said I would receive my item on the 6th. Amazon was recurved in the 6th. Walmart lol. These people need to get into the 21st century. I did not get my package on the 6th. I did get and email saying it SHOULD arrive by the 8th. Not a fan of the zillion self checkouts and receipt checking at every door; it is strange to browse the cosmetics area as it is a total lockdown and any items from that area must be bought there. It feels like candid camera but more low budget. I LOVE the nail salon, the prices are fair and the staff friendly! This is what draws me to the store and then I shop! The aisles were redone in the food area a bit ago so I have to search for what I need to purchase. It's a place to get good deals but a lot of hassle! Also the customers are cartoon like and sometimes off putting. I will let you use your imagination. read more

My Walmart experience Bullhead AZ was the worst I ever have had of all Walmart I have been to across US! Employees there curse out in front of customers! I have tried to get my prescriptions filled here for over a week they treat me like a drug addict! I'm 51 and retired with servers spinal injuries along with severe arthritis in hands and legs! Went shopping at bullheaded City Walmart today. Used self check-out and received 20.00 cash back,, no fee. Wanted a soft drink from machine when leaving, 1.00. went to customer service and waited approximately 10 minutes, asked customer service to break the 20.00 bill. With rolling eyes she claimed that she couldn't open her drawer w/o a purchase to go get something to buy. I explained that I already shopped and just wanted to get a bill changed. Asked for a manager and was told none available. I left and approached a lady standing next to a register counter and asked for her help to change the bill,, with a shoulder shrug, I was told that she couldn't. I later found out that I should have asked for a key holder, I didn't know that. Put the 20.00 in my pocket and went to soft drink machine, attempted to use my debit card, Three times the machine accepted the card but did not despense product.. Frustrated!! read more

Wow were there empty shelves in this store, not just limited to the bottled water section, but throughout the aisle we went down to find things. 8 p.m. at night and boxes strewn in the aisles making cart navigation nearly impossible. This is dangerous and stock employees should be trained to arrange boxes in a safer manner. We had the misfortune of asking a stock person a question, very unprofessional attitude and answer. I hate it when any store's employee uses one's body to gesture the direction a item is located and then rolls one's eyes at me. I am a guest and a customer in your store, not a smart a%# employee that knows where product is located. Excuse me for asking you a question, bothering you while you are doing your assigned job tasks, and acting like my, a customer, purchases don't help pay your wages. I visited this store earlier this morning. I had 4 small items in my hands as I proceeded to the check-out area; in my hands because they no longer have the little carry baskets, which is another problem that needs to be addressed. I arrived at the check-out area to find just one lane open. ONE. With a line, of course. Not one but two customers in front of me allowed me to go ahead of them, which was very nice of them, but at that point I noticed the line had approximately nine people in it, and steadily growing. A couple of people were using the Self Check-Out machines but employees in that area were mainly standing around doing nothing. When is this store, and all the others, going to get a clue? Most everyone HATES the Self Check-Out machines, and don't use them. I don't, and neither do the people that were in line with me. You're not going to bully us or frustrate us into using them by having us wait in line. All you're doing is pissing us off. You MUST HAVE more than ONE check-out lane open if you expect us to return, otherwise we'll just shop elsewhere. Open your eyes and FIX THE PROBLEM! read more

Went today to get groceries, when I was in the water isle I was going to get 2 Aquafina. Troy (Team Lead) was available in the bike/toy department to answer our questions on the availability of bikes since there were no adult bikes on display. He went above and beyond to look in the back and then out on the patio to find the bikes we were looking for. He even offered to have the bike builders stop what they were doing and have them put our bikes together, which we gratefully declined. Thanks for the great customer service, Troy!
