if u could select zero stars I would. this place is horrible. zero service at the deli, if you're lucky someone with a bad attitude will emerge disgruntled to help you. Christy seems to be the most miserable as she is always sour and irritable. retirement can't come soon enough for that one. this deli has been absolutely disappointing since this lady was put in charge. I only assume from her yellow badge reading "team lead" I heard the hot water wasn't working and then two days later the deli was closed with lights off for a week. I hope the chicken I picked up wasnt contaminated from the cooking oven not being properly sanitized and cleaned. I threw it out, should have requested a refund for gross negligence of operating food safety equipment. when were their food handler's licenses renewed because they work as off food-borne illness can't kill. read more

The Rite Aid in Needles, CA closed on 2/5/24. I had to find a new pharmacy for my wife and me. I had a prescription that was winding down. I only had two doses left. Knowing the need to refill, but at a new pharmacy, my doctor called in the refill to CVS Fort Mohave on 1/26/24. 10 days later I still do not have it. I called Walmart Pharmacy and they treated the matter with the urgency that it needed. My doctor called the prescription in to Walmart and I expect to get it today. Thank you Walmart for caring about me. I intend to switch all of our prescriptions to Walmart and encourage my friends to do the same. read more

Kudos to the bakery!!! Destiny is amazing! Walmart, you are very luck to have her! I kept changing our pick up date and she had no problem with it. No snide remarks or grunts like I was expecting because I believe we changed the pick up date 5 times? We got a racing motorcycle looking cake. White and black beautiful checkers wrapped the side of the cake. She put a mound of cake on top for a motorcycle to be placed on it (which I was responsible for the motorcycle and telling the size of it, they did not have one) she made the mound a perfect size. Everyone was so impressed with the cake! I was so so so excited when I picked it up! It is a Walmart. But it is big, well looked after, clean and the staff are friendly. Actually a little oasis of civilization here in rural AZ. Did I say civilization referring to a Walmart?!?! Really???? I guess I did! Getting my oil change (tricky finding any kind of service out here) and strolled around, shopped a little, used the free WiFi and the nice clean men's room. 5 Stars might be over the top for Walmart - but no complaints and out here in the relative wilderness giving oil changes and cheap gas ($2.29 a gallon) - no complaints here!!! read more

Ordered deli sandwich for 5:30 they said it would probably be done sooner. lie. wasn't done for another half hour, this was for a party so time was important. they forgot any toppings and condiments. it was much smaller than what we paid for. don't order a deli sandwich for a party here you'll miss the party and get a mediocre sandwich at an astronomical price with no toppings so small you can't feed anyone, you're better off making your own for way cheaper rather than being stuck having to deal with the tweaky staff that don't know how to make a simple sandwich. read more

This is one of the worst Walmarts in Arizona you can go, Saturday January 13th we ordered bunch of stuff all came home but one, a cereal box that going come the next week, we were really upset and pissed when we found out about this and decided to just go in the store to buy the mega size cereal, not surprised that I found the cereal we wanted full on stock on the self! Just don't waste your time 30 minutes of just waiting there to get your food delivered to your car and just get because it is much faster too. Placed on line order and they couldn't find it. Spent 6 hours on the phone with fort Mojave store and Walmart corporate to no avail . My account was charged over $500 and I received no groceries. Their delivery service is a near disaster. I order twice a month (sometimes more), and there are always items missing from my order. Tried calling the store to discuss with a manager, but they don't answer their phone. Never. (The store operator doesn't even answer the phone.) Yes, I can call their national customer service number, but all they can do is issue a refund for the missing items. But that doesn't get me my missing items. All I can do is either go without, or go to the store, walk an acre or two, just to grab the two missing items and then deal with long lines and slow cashiers or do self-checkout, which is a PITA. If I wanted to go to the store (or could go to the store), I wouldn't be using their delivery service. At this point, all I can do is give them a low rating and warn other people that there may be thievery occurring on the part of some of their delivery drivers. In any event, the delivery orders are not being checked for accuracy or completeness, before leaving the store. I gave them two stars, because Walmart is not a total disaster - just really hit-or-miss from a service standpoint. read more

Kim from electronics at the Fort Mohave Wal-Mart was no help. Waited in line for about five minutes to ask where a product was while she conversated about Covid with another woman that wasn't checking out, but standing by the counter while her S/O was looking around. After some time Kim looked at me and instead of acknowledging me, she puts her finger up to tell me to hold on. So I waited some more. It wasn't until I turned around to walk away that she quickly and loudly blurted out, "I can help you now sir." No thanks. I'll go elsewhere. read more

I went to the gas station today. When I walked in there was a dogs front paws on the counter while the associate was petting it. After the dog and owner left the associate didn't bother to clean the counter or wash her hands before helping me. Also the associate had a mask on but it wasn't covering her mouth or nose. Don't know why she bothered to put it on. I thought it Walmart requires that all employees wEar a mask covering the nose and mouth. It makes me wonder if there stores are clean and sanitized. Their grocery & delivery aspect of the walmart store here in Fort Mohave, AZ is good. They are very good loading the car and explaining the differences of my order. Very friendly. I have had a problem with the ordering of a product, but I think it will get solved, after I called them 3 times to correct. We'll see if it happens again when I order it. read more

Worst store ever! I purchased a mountain bike and 3 days later, the rear tire punctured in my gravel parking area. I don't have a car and had to rent a cargo van to get the bike. Since I am a Disabled American, I live off SSDI. I had to wait 3 weeks for my next deposit to afford to rent a van again. I called Customer Service at the store, explained my situation, and they told me they would exchange or repair the bicycle, so I spent $53 to rent a van again. I went in the next day and the rude, disrespectful customer service guy first said he wouldn't take it back and then he said "fix it yourself" in a very rude and threatening manner. I will NEVER go to this store again and am boycotting Walmart altogether. read more

I love the store, but I dislike the FRAUD being committed by Walmart Corporate. I purchased a DVD with a VUDU sticker "Buy this DVD, get 3 more digital movies". NOTE VUDU is owned by Walmart. When you try and claim the 3 digital movies, you are required to provide them with your credit card information. If the movies are FREE why are you required to give them your credit card information to open an account to get your FREE movies? I drive a Prius and I had over half a tank of gas. I seen that gas was only 2.18 at a gallon the Walmart here. Well as any of you know a Prius only holds 10 gallons and I had over half a tank and somehow the pump put in 8 gallons. I really enjoy going to the Ft Mohave Walmart over the bullhead city store. It's newer and nicer and the clientele is of better quality. My only complaint is the cash register attendants sometimes don't pay attention to what they are doing and start to put my merchandise in the guys bag in front of me. She and the attendant next isle over were too busy bitching about some other employee instead of paying attention to what she should be doing. Other than that not a bad store. read more

I never really had a problem with this place until tonight. My friends and I were just shopping and we find this vape, pretty sure the workers aren't supposed to be vaping on their shift, but that's none of my business. So I pick it up and ask the worker if it's his, he ignores me and puts his earphones back in. So my other friend asked another worker and she said it was Tjs and proceeded to give it back to him. He then starts getting rude and says "is that yours?" My friend replied "no" then he says " don't fucking pick it up then" another worker apologized but it was so unprofessional and rude.
