I'd been seen at riverwalk on June 9th and diagnosed with an abscessed rear tooth that needed to be extracted; they supposedly tried to get my Humana Medicare PPO to approve a NINE STEP process including extracting the abscessed tooth and one next to it-----I've been told by Riverwalk that Human keeps "denying it" ----- and I've had severe toothache from it for TWO MONTHS! I went to Dr. Travis Thompson-at So. Fla Oral and Maxillary Care this past monday-he had the extraction approved by Humana with a $0 co-pay in 10 minutes; I just this morning had the tooth extracted by Dr. Thomspon-procedure went great-and $0 co-pay by Humana! this place is a SCAM!! do not go! there is only 1 hygienist and 3-4 dentists. Which means they are not in the business to clean your teeth and help you maintain a healthy smile. All they care about is upselling you silly products and telling you, you need a crown. My husband went there for a cleaning and they didn't even clean his teeth only xrays then the dentist came in and said he needed 3 crowns!! Ridiculous! I'm a newer patient of Dr Duff at Riverwalk Dental in Jupiter. I needed a few things done including a cleaning, X rays, fixing two fractured molars that needed crowns, and did and in-office whitening. I have to say everyone who works there is extremely patient, thorough, and pleasant. The cost for all the different services was fair and not overpriced. I felt like I was in good hands and happy to report my new crowns solved all the pain I had been tolerating for a few years. Riverwalk Dental in Jupiter is the best dentist I have ever been to. My teeth needed some work but after being traumatized from my other dentist, it was hard to go back. After I decided to pull the trigger and go back I am very glad I chose to go to Riverwalk Dental. Karla at the front desk is amazing! I think of all of them as family now. Lipsa is also amazing. She makes me feel so welcome and calms me down when I am nervous. I have gotten 2 crowns now and I go in next week to get my wisdom teeth out. My fear of the dentist has completely gone away now and I look forward to my next appointment and seeing them! Dr. Chokshi is also amazing! She has done all of my dental work and I mean it when I say I did not feel anything when she was working on my teeth! She is so gentle and if anything is bothering you she will stop immediately. My wisdom teeth have reared their ugly faces and are causing me off again/on again pain to my jaw. It was a Sunday, but I decided to bite the bullet and get these little bastards pulled. I went onto Riverwalk's website to request an appointment seeing as they weren't open on the weekend. They have 2 locations, but there are NO options on their website that allows you request an appointment at a specific location. Riverwalk called me the following Monday to setup/confirm my appointment. With what seemed like an easy enough process and after wasting about 20 minutes exchanging information- I'm in the middle of giving my address and suddenly the receptionist is like, "Are you calling for the Boynton location?" Um, first of all- YOU called me. Second of all, I was definitely trying to setup an appointment for the Boynton location. She immediately says she's deleting all of my info and that I should call the Boynton location. I'm in the middle of asking her if she could give me the Boynton phone number (at least- you're the one who wasted my fucking time) and she just hangs up. What wonderful customer service (NOT). Are you kidding me? Needless to say I was pissed and my aching jaw made everything 10x worse. I've decided to go else where. I chose Riverwalk Dental as they were in my network, Unfortuneately I chose wrong . This office is motivated by greed. Dr.Vibor Bidkar used perament glue on new defective bridge on my lower right jaw over 4 teeth with second molar being signifently being higher than all my other teeth. Within a week had serious pain assoiscated with upper molar, Contacted Dr. Bidkar and he insisted a hard cleaning would solve problem. he wanted another $260.oo instead I insisted he grind down mollar instead. He lied and only did a fraction of tooth within a week upper molar cracked in two Dr. Bidkar insisted tooth myseriuosly broke somehow, not from his inferior bridge now Oct 23 having surgeon remove impacted upper molar. False Advertise! The ad said that free consultation and free xray; but when I showed up, they wanted me to sign up for "membership" which cost $81 to do the xray. When I asked for cost of the procedures they "dance" around n say that I need xray first. I would had stayed and do it if their service was not that suck. They let me wait and wait, anytime I asked when, what take so long to just give me a rate, they delayed some more and said "wait a second"! Their "second" when to 30mins and more. I finally walked out! I would had used them for my dental need, they would make thousands of dollars on my teeth but their service so suck, why would I want to spend money there??? The manager was so rude. All they want me to do is to pay membership then they will give "discount rate" but when I asked what is the rate, they still couldnt give to me! I've had my second and final visit to Riverwalk Dental Group in Jupiter. A simple teeth cleaning started 15 minutes late and then was a quick hit in miss of my teeth. The hygienist used a metal scraper (no ultrasonic instruments) and literally did not touch about 25% of my teeth. When she said, "okay, you are all done" I asked to see the dentist and explained that she missed many of my teeth. The hygienist left the room, came back and said, "okay, the dentist said I can do it again if you would like." read more

I had a 2pm appointment for a complete set of X-rays and possible cleaning. I walked in at 1:55 to the waiting room full of their employees laughing in a "meeting." I asked if I was in the right place and the employee sitting closest to the door said, "Well, what do you want?" before I had the chance to respond to her rude question, the woman leading the meeting said "Just give us a few minutes, were almost done." Their waiting room was full of their employees sitting in all of the chairs, so I had no option but to start to leave to wait outside. Thankfully one of the employees who had a brain (or so I thought) put me in a room to wait. She said "I'm sorry, just give us a few minutes, were having a HIPAA training session." She left the room and I had to laugh because right there on her computer, was the first and last name and age of every patient who had an appointment that day. Lol... Looks like they definitely need that training! She finally comes back in the room and asks me what my appointment is for. I'm sorry but shouldn't she already know why my appointment is booked? I said well what do you have me down for because it sounds like you are unsure. She rudely replied, "Well, you told me you had an appointment for a cleaning and that's why I put you in this room." I said, "Actually, my appointment is for a full set of X-rays and the woman who I booked my appointment with said they would try to fit in a cleaning." She said "Well, normally for new patients it's an hour and a half for the X-rays and for the doctor to do your exam, and I don't even have time for that right now." Riverwalk Dental was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I needed a root canal and had not idea what to expect. Riverwalk was recommended by a friend so I called on a Sunday to leave a message and someone actually called me back as said to come in first thing Monday. I arrived and was seen immediately my Dr Bidkar and his dental assistant. The procedure was painless and I was very comfortable the entire time. They both explained everything in detail and a few hours I was on my way home and the tooth pain was gone!!! Ever better news, the price was about 20% lower then I was quoted at two other places. 5 stars and a very strong recommendation!! read more

I was seen today in the Boynton office and I'm very pleased to say I had a GREAT experience!!! From booking my appointment to meeting the doctor and staff, they were very thorough and explained everything to me in great detail the doctor was honest and sincere about what I needed...I do have some work to do since I have neglected my mouth for such a long time, but like I said they explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. This has to be the worst dentist I have ever been too. 3 years later and they are trying to collect over 200 $ -because they say my insurance didn't cover it. They are contracted with my insurance company for certain rates. They didn't advise my whilst I sit in their dental chair that one of my deep cleanings was not covered. The list goes on. Doctor Choscki said I need a root canal and a crown. I went to another denist for a 2nd opionion and he agreed that I didn't need one. Same thing with my daughter with a cavities. I hadn't been to my regular dentist in awhile, for he wasn't covered by my insurance. I had one loose tooth. After only 2 X-rays, the dentist came in and said he needed to remove 3 teeth. I was horrified. He was in the room all of two minutes. He said bone grafting would be pointless, and it would be 4-6 months before we could discuss cosmetic procedures. I went home in tears. I finally called my former dentist, and after a full set of X-rays, and a FULL consultation, we are extracting 1 tooth, and he thinks I will have success with grafting on the other two and a deep cleaning I'm so glad I got a second opinion after RiverWalk. Be very leery of this firm. The chaos and tension in the office is tangible, not a pleasant environment. The discord amongst the staff is palpable. Five days after my consult I still hadn't received my prognosis or payment outline. I came scarily close to ruining my mouth and appearance for the rest of my life by almost trusting this dentist. BE VERY CAREFUL, OR AVOID THEM COMPLETELY. read more
