Dr. Bozorg actually cares about her patients. She's kind and flexible--I've never had an issue with this dental office. The whole team is overwhelmingly friendly and I've always felt welcomed here. I cannot recommend this dental office enough (and I'm usually hard to please). They're pretty good about remembering faces too! Should be able to give a NO STAR review !I started going to this place back in 2020 and the Dentist then was Dr. Diaz. She was absolutely phenomenal ! There was nothing she couldn't do, everything from fillings to root canals and crowns and even extractions. Since she left this place years ago it has gone downhill with incompetence from the front office all the way to staff who apparently can't do much. I had some decay on a tooth that was under a crown from 10 years ago. They sent me to another dentist in PSL to cut the crown off and evaluate the tooth. Then they sent me to a 3rd dentist to extract the tooth. Last straw today was I had a simple appointment to get my teeth cleaned . They called yesterday and insisted I had to get them a copy of my new insurance card by 4:00 to keep my 8:30 appointment today. They could not apparently receive it digitally so I had to leave work to go home and get it and take it to them. The girl at the desk said she would call if there was an issue. No call and I show up today for my appointment. I see her and say I assume there was no problem with the insurance because you did not call me back. With that dear in the headlights look on her face she stutters no, everything is fine. I go back with dentist who asks me wait a minute there is no insurance confirmation. He comes back with this list of fees and says the front office did not verify the insurance so he does not know what they will pay for but expects me to pay the bill while they figure it out. TOTAL LIES AND INCOMPETANCE FROM START TO FINISH. NEVER AGAIN, RUN FROM HERE !!! read more

I love this dentist! I have never said that! Doctor Jensen is loving and compassionate, she is not a fear based dentist and I really appreciate the way she takes care of me and my teeth. All the staff Meghan, Jessie, all the clinical staff are helpful, thoughtful and kind. They have all the latest and greatest technologies. I am doing Invisalign and already have gotten so much confidence back with my smile. Highly recommend South East Dental! Just a really good vibe and upbeat office. Unhappy former patient. I'm a 78 yr old man, been afraid of a dentist for years. I come from a small town up north where in the early 50's our dentist was also our barber. Happened to hit a few nerves back then sent me through the roof, since then I've been extremely fearful of a dentist. In 70 yrs I've probably only been 10 times, but do take care of my teeth. I had a small overlap in the 2 front teeth that I asked Dr (1st time visit) to fill or do whatever she needed. I took a couple valiums along with the gas to calm me down. She filled the gap which was done 90% out of 100% as far as looks go. I called and told her I'm still unhappy come back anytime I'll redo it. I went back about a year later happen to sneeze in the chair she sent me home. Told me she didn't want to get the office sick. About 8 months later I chipped the tooth (very small) that she repaired eating the crust of a pizza. Made on appt and went in and I was told $800 to fix it. I said "you did the work can you split it with me?". She got very angry and said she would find another dentist for me. She got up and walked out. I turned around and asked the assistant if I could talk to her for a minute, without even looking I was told she went to lunch. My wife found me another dentist 2 weeks later (Dr. Morgan Goldberg in St. Lucie) who is super, super gentle and charged me $238 for the same thing that Dr. Stephanie Jensen was charging me $800 for. Dr. Jensen also charged me I believe a little over $6,000 for a 3 tooth partial. I was told I could have gotten it done for $2,500 by another dentist. This Jensen is out of her mind with prices! I'm sorry to say a neighbor referred her to me. read more

The dentist dream team. I have been a patient of South East Dental since 2018. I wanted to highlight that I had a very pleasant experience with Lenny last week and every time I go for a cleaning. She made dental care suggestions and was able to be gentle for my sensitive teeth. I also did Invisalign over 2 years ago and Dr.Jensen listened to me and was very attentive throughout my care. I recently moved to FL and made the mistake of selecting South East Dental. They placed a crown on my back tooth. This procedure was painful since they hit my nerve. After the procedure I couldn't chew on this side of my mouth. I also needed a root canal on this tooth since they exposed my nerve. I had the best teeth cleaning I have ever had in my life and I am over 70 years old. The male hygienist (I don't know his name) is not Mr. Personality plus but he sure knows how to clean teeth. we called for a new patient appointment for my son. we were told they accepted our insurance. For the estimate given we should have paid 102.00 after they billed they discovered they weren't part of our plan and billed us 504.00, which we paid. It turns out they didn't even bother to check if they were part of our insurance after I asked them on several occasions. They could have cared less that I had to pay over 350.00 more then I should have, not even a "sorry". NEVER AGAIN read more

This is a great place to get your x-ray, teeth cleaned, and very very basic dental work. Outside of that, I strongly urge you to consider a different dentist for anything beyond the absolute basics. Have to see a specialist to correct the very expensive root canal done. read more

Just a preliminary visit, but I think I found my new dentist. Went in with tepid expectations. The front desk workers didn't inspire confidence. But the dental hygienist and the dentist were both everything I could hope for. The office is clean, well equipped, modern and organized. The hygienist and dentist both communicated with me what they were doing as well as a plan for future services. If you were thinking of going here, think again. I spoke to them on the phone and shared that I wasn't going to do the x-rays because of my concern for the increase in getting cancer. Once, there, Dr. Al-Azzawi personally told me I could not get my teeth cleaned there (and oral exam for cavities) unless I did the x-rays. She was rude in her approach also. I don't know how they can continue to do business if they are going to treat people that way. At least tell me on the phone before I cleared my schedule for the time I wasted in there. read more

My husband made an appt for cleaning using one of the coupons in the paper for general cleaning. Before he left clinic signd him up for $800 of work to be done that day. That need for immediate care should have been a red flag to him to get another opinion but he relented and agreed that the work needed was mandatory with immediate attention needed. He told me the dental group was very friendly, but they had planned to do work that turned out to be cosmetic not emergency dental work. Once I returned home I convinced him to see another dentist recommended to us to review the work done and let us know if the added $800"second appointment to be completed by Southeast Dental was necessary. The second opinion dentist told us all work completed to date was cosmetic and totally unnecessary. He completed a root canal which was necessary and should have been addressed. We are both very disappointed to have spent $800 on a 64 year old man for cosmetic purposes. read more
