My insurance switched at my job and I had to pick a new pharmacy. I chose this Walgreens because…read moreit was close to my old pharmacy and after three long months of dealing with the staff at this place: enough is enough. The pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. I live 30 miles out of town and when I called my pills in to have ready; it was always a problem and they couldn't get it right. Calling to speak with them, instead of answering the phone they make you wait and pick up the phone and hang it up quickly so they do not have to deal with you. My overall experience at this Walgreens is I would never go back and do business. It seems like a busy store probably understaffed and could care less if you return as a customer. The employees who answer the pharmacy line are completely rude. In all the years I've gone to my old store, I never once had any problem. I made several complaints and the management would give me store credit each time but I won't step in there to buy anything. I'm done dealing with their terrible customer service.

He refused even a single pen(which I am well informed on) to bridge me over while the issue was sorted out. His disregard for my medical history and the urgency of insulin access was unacceptable. If this is how he treats long-standing patients with life-sustaining medications, it may be time for him to reconsider his role. I was essentially sent away without the medication I rely on to live.
