She is amazing and is the only groomer that single handedly improved our dog's temper/bad attitude when getting groomed. It took us several years and multiple groomers before we met Crystal and omg are we thankful that we did! We also purchase Thor's dog food, treats, clothes, accessories, and bedding from this Petsmart as their service is great and all the people working there are so welcoming and helpful.
