No. That's Greenwich Locksmiths on 7th Ave S) and said there was no way the key didn't work. It didn't. I left it with him since he refused to give mw my money back and the key didn't work so it's not like he could use it. I've refused to go in there even though it's right next door since then. Until today. That guy is THE WORST. Everyone in the neighborhood talks about how much he sucks and that we all walk the extra block to Garber, but man I forgot how much I hate that guy until I ran in today. Do not shop here. They're horrible people and it's way more expensive than the good hardware stores. (Also their address is wrong. Presumably to confuse people who want to write bad reviews. It's on 9th Ave just south of 25th.)

I was on Fulton street and walked into this store that I accidentally found while in the area. I walked in requesting a copy of my keys and the owner asked if I wanted him to make only a copy of my keys and why not the FOB, too? I told him that he couldn't do that and that only my building could. The owner reassured me that he had all the equipment in that store and he would be able to CLONE my FOB so I'd have an extra set of keys and a FOB just in case I lost my original ones. He was right! I live in Brooklyn and when I got home even the FOB worked. This place gave me great customer service and really came through. They certainly know what they are doing. Having gone to numerous other hardware establishments, none other than M. Kessler's carried any of the items for which I sought. The establishment itself is cluttered and aged! That doesn't mean Michael doesn't have what you're looking for. From immediate entry, patrons will discover that the storefront is in immediate need of services from Iron Mountain. Piles of paper / receipts, order forms are scattered throughout the establishment. In many ways, the clutter is so immense that one actually steps on a few forms while walking to the front counter. Behind the counter rests walls of hardware supplies ranging from Solid Brass Brackets, Low Profile Drawer Slides, etc... If it's hardware that's made, Kessler's will carry it. On many occasions visiting M. Kessler's, I was able to purchase the following (when no one else carried such items) - Solid Brass Wall Mounting Closed Bracket, Non-Protrusion - Low Profile Side Cabinet Slides - 170 Degree Inset Hinges - Contemporary Gold Finished Cabinet Knobs, 1" depth Having such success going to M. I tried all the big chains; Ace Hardware, Staples, and Home Depot to no avail, so figured I would give them a try as a last resort to solve our office lighting woes. I was impressed to say the least. If you are looking for hard to find or obscure items, this place is worth a shot.

These guys never make me feel like my questions are too small and there is always a good natured vibe in the store. Even the cat is friendly and let's you greet her. Totally recommended for one-on-one assistance ,Home Depot where you'll be there for hours and be lucky enough to see someone even to get them to aislassist you. Their professional courteous will even take orders over the phone and have it ready for you to do Delivery cut keys. Very comfortable place to shop. I give it five stars plus now if only they had free parking. That would definitely put it in the WOW! factor.

Also if you get your keys copied, and they don't work, hold on to your receipt (maybe even the clothes you wore that day) because a minute later they cant help you. Not my favorite place to go to.
