Wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt based on previous reviews and support local. The quality of the print is superb but the customer service and integrity of the company is lacking by far. We placed a small order for our small business. We were told the cost and agreed upon it prior to print. Went to pick up prints and was charged 3x the amount. Addressed to owner that was not what was agreed upon and owner could care less. Tried to give the owner the opportunity to make it right but he told me we could discuss this all night but he wasn't going to change his price to reflect what he originally quoted. So sad and unfortunate. Will be praying for his heart and attitude toward his customers to change. read more

I've been patient. But, the communication is abysmal - a literal 0 out of 10 - and combined with the incredibly slow turnaround times, you'll be saving yourself a lot of pain and frustration if you just avoid this business altogether. You've been warned. The review above from Julie H. is EXACTLY what I've experienced. read more

I went to Rix in Morristown, TN in hopes that I would be able to get a custom couples wedding shower invitation created quickly. I looked over some samples, chose what I wanted, and provided the information I needed on the invitation; that was on a Wednesday. I was told the "proof" would be sent to me via email, and would be ready by Friday, "no later than Monday". It is now Monday, and after business hours. I called well before closing today, Monday, and left a message regarding my order. The recording said I would receive a response before closing today. NO RESPONSE! Well, Rix, no business for you from me! Very poor experience. I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

Ultranet service is expensive and doesn't always work that well with disruptions at random times…read morewithout warning.$80 a month for 8mb speed getting .05 for over a week.When I called about the problem was told a study was being done with no timetable as to when the problem would be fixed...still took out the 80 bucks via autopay that I didn't sign up for... Likely terminating service.Unfortunately there aren't many options for you if you are looking into ultranet or similar services honestly have found most to be sketchy.You may just be better off without the frustration it can bring.

Sherie fixed my outdoor furniture cushion cover's stitching and zipper on-the-spot! The bonus was the nice conversation while she worked. Who says Southern hospitality is dead? Sherie will prove you wrong - she's as sweet as pie! She worked so quickly and with so much skill. I could not even tell where the repair was made. I couldn't even believe she didn't charge me a thing. That was so unexpected and completely made my day. All she asked in return was to send my friends, so I am now sending you, my fellow Yelpers. You should definitely pay her a visit. She's very close to the Kroger on S. Northshore, just off S. Peters, in a little shopping center.
