Been in the lawn and landscape biz since 1992. Had numerous trailers over the years. I'm not new to…read morethis. Bought 2 new hustler trailers in April this year for mowers. All was good until the gate broke at the metal tube and weld. Hinge was still good. Took it in to get it welded back. They would not take care of me without charging several hours of labor at $95 an hour and said they needed another hinge. Wrong. Said it was my fault the mowers pushed back and caused it to happen. Took it directly to a friend who has been welding for years. He said it is a factory defect and water is getting into the tube, causing it to rust from the inside. Which I agree with. Could have been handled properly, but this guy wouldn't listen to anything. He knew it all. The people at this place are not worth going too. Very bad customer service after spending over $5000 in trailers! Not a bad price for 2 trailers, which is the only reason i gave 2 stars.

We just put our dog down, and we made it very clear, just the inside dog hair and slobber on the windows. 6 hours later , now my driver side door sensor doesn't work. I had to redo.my front windshield cause there was excessive streaks. Couldn't see in the dark,on my way to work, when other cars were approaching. Also, my steering wheel is super sticky and greasy. Have had to wipe all that down. On A positive note the dog hair is gone and so is most of the slobber on the back windows.
