The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful and never make you feel like a burden! Dr. Balinski is so friendly and easy to talk to. Imshe makes you feel like you've known her forever. I haven't seen her in probably like eight months and she made sure she asked me how my trip to India was. The only downfall is they do not have any late days or weekend hours. It really sucks, but does give me an excuse for a day off when I'm going for my yearly physical! They also do not do routine blood work in the office anymore. I have to go to LabCorp now for that. Because of the pandemic we're in, she has resulted to doing tele-videos to help her patients, which I really appreciated because 1. I don't have to come out of my house 2. I am not exposing myself or anyone else to whatever we may have 3. She's still out here helping people while many other doctors have stopped seeing patients all together. She was so sweet and very understanding during my appointment. She took her time to ask questions and listen to me.
