They've actually saved my life at…read moreleast once that I know of, and the average wait time - well today, their front desk staff of one brilliant woman had me in a doctor's office in under 5 minutes, during which time she updated my insurance and was just an all around calm presence while handling what has to be an an incredibly stressful job. The doctor and his medical assistant took remarkable care of me, and frankly may have saved my life again. In any case they provided amazing, compassionate care of the sort that's often all too hard to find elsewhere. I've had similarly amazing, desperately needed care and treatment at other City MDs in New Jersey and all around New York City. You're in the best of hands here. I had Shore Orthopedic Group work on me, but too young for rods/bolts, had several failed epidurals. Years of Agony and tried all conservative methods but left with horrible sciatica pain. Dr Rosenblum, very professional and knowledgeable predicted a 2 week recovery post surgery but it was 5 months of PT and I even had to relearn to walk. However; that sciatica pain has not returned in 4 years!! The hospital staff acted on best behavior too when you mention Dr Rosenblum's name. They give him respect. His staff is very busy, you will wait, but they get the job done. I recommend him all the way.

Her office was at one time much much closer to home, but even with her offices move, it's still easy to get too. Appointment making is easy and I can see all the updates on my patient portal which is really, especially when I need refills on medications. Office staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly and they don't over book, at least for me, my wait time has never been more than 10-15min. Honestly, I understand no one wants to wait and time is important, but sometimes appointments take a little longer, and I am never rushed, when it is my turn.
