They are pretty good but they once misdiagnosed me and caused me to lose hearing in one ear for weeks. I had to see an ent. Turns out I needed antibiotics and urgent care diagnosed me with an outer ear infection and only gave me ear drops, making the problem worse. A few weeks after the infection I woke up in the middle of the night with this horrible pain and ringing in my ear and I lost hearing in one ear for weeks. I went to an ent and got put on antibiotics and had to keep seeing him for a few months to get my hearing back in that ear. But there have been times when family first urgent care has been great. I would say if you're going for a standard test, like a strep test or something or if it's a Saturday or Sunday and no one else is open and you're desperate, then they're fine. read more

Same Issue as Stewart K. Of course, I didn't find out Dr. Adamczyk left until the office physically reopened last week. I've been going to Dr. A for at least ten years. When the mismanagement of the office would interfere with my care, either she or her wonderful nurse (who has now also left) always stepped in and fixed it. Now I know why my refills have been screwed up since March. Pharmacy had to call 9 times for Went for 6 month review of blood work and new prescriptions early last week. Prescriptions still have shown up at pharmacy. Not one doctor in office. Two years ago, I let one of the PA's take care of me. I ended up in the ER, had emergency procedure and hospitalized for a week. The PAs look up everything on their I-phone. In all these years, I have never even laid eyes on the owner, Dr. Mojares. Time to find a new doctor. read more

Tried twice to make an appointment and was twice transferred to an answering machine where I left my number but never received a call back. Today I found out the doctor I wanted to make an appointment with is leaving the practice. Even though I spoke with a live person on two separate occasions at the practice, no one thought it would be a good idea to tell me this, nor did anyone call me back. read more

when our lifelong family doctor retired we had to find a new one. we tried a couple but were not satisfied with the doctors /and or staff. they did not seem interested in our needs. then we were referred to family first almost 2 years ago. right from the start dr. adamczyk and her staff were inviting, professional and most of all, compassionate. they answered all our questions, and dr. a. went above and beyond in her efforts to assist us with medications. we are so grateful that we finally found the perfect medical team in dr. a and her wonderful nurses and other personnel. i highly re i am sorry to report that dr. adamczyk has left the family first practice, as well as our favorite nurse. this is very disappointing to us. luckily our pa is still there and she always makes time for us even though she is overworked and they are understaffed. our pa will be taking some time off and i don't know what we will do at that time, as there is only one other pa. we feel this practice used to be wonderful but unfortunately the management is doing a poor job thus he cannot keep good medical personnel. read more

Unprofessional to the Core,Worst experience I've ever had, don't Care about anything but there Money was told verbally by doctor majoris that it is a business.came in for a Physical,they didn't check my prostate which I asked them to they forget to check my Urine,took blood work when I told them I didn't fast that I had just eaten four hours ago the doctor said it didn't matter.they also forgot to tell lab to test for Covid-19 antibodies. ànd I just got billed for procedures that weren't ever done what a bunch of jokers.Ask for my medical records and they told me I had to pay for them. read more
