To say my experience with this place was bad would be an understatement…read more I found yesterday when I tried to walk in for a cold I have, my account was sent to collections. I said how could it have been send to collections, I pay a copay every time. It was for two appointments at the end of last year. After calling a 3rd party billing company, a 3rd party collections company, my insurance company, and the administrative offices of this company, I asked how could I be in collections of any kind? No one knew anything but what I found out was that the people at the office in Red Bank, who worked the front desk, who always seemed confused about payment and insurance, actually were. I have gone here for years but the last few times just seemed disorganized. They had put a copay through two times, and did not do the right copay. So instead of telling me they screwed up and alerting me, they turned me into collections where I received no verification, alert or even paperwork. This was over $15 and $75. To say to make this right and chase down a whole lot of people that literally had no idea and passed the buck, took way more time than it should of so I would completely be careful about this place. My experience here was the doctors were good but the administrators running payment and insurance are a complete disaster and I seriously thought this was a scam.

I wonder why! I had an appointment for 2:45 today. They usually call and send a text to confirm the appointment, which didnt happen. So, since I live about 45 minutes from this location, I called to make sure this appointment was still on. Not only is this place a trip for me, I have 3 kids that I arranged child care for. I reached their call center who called the office to make sure to confirm that everything was good to go. According to this call center, it was. So I dropped my kiddos off and went over. I walk in and Im told the doctor had an "emergency" and I couldnt be seen today. What in the actual F?? Who treats patients like this? I get it, things happen... but I expect a heads up when they do! They also said they didn't receive a call from the call center confirming my appointment which is BS. Now I have to get the childcare again and make this long drive, AGAIN! This could have all been avoided if I had just gotten the decency of a phone call.
