I found them on Yelp, and the experience dealing with them was 5-star from start to finish: response time, menu suggestion, pricing, and follow through were all perfect. We had a meeting to cater in our North Haven, CT office on 7/25/18, expecting about 30 attendees. We needed additional tables and chairs which Bob was able to provide through a partner vendor he works with. Bob handled all logistics and pricing so we only had to deal with him for final payment. On the day of the event Mark came to set up, serve, and clean up and did a fabulous job on everything. There really is no need to go anywhere else if you need catering for your event - I know we won't!

Our setup was received missing 6 pieces ($600), the owner who also delivered the furniture stated "but I gave you extra cubes (valued at $140) and discounts". He also stated that he would return with the extra pieces which he never did. Needless to say, we paid for pieces we did not receive and I did not have enough seats for my guests. Additionally all LED orbs did not work and he did not provide enough coal for the hookah- he actually suggested that we "ask someone to purchase the coal", but we paid for a full setup. When we tried to call him to ask what time the extra sectionals would be there, there was no response. When we called from a number he did not recognize, he responded. Lastly, there was no notice given for pickup, he literally just showed up the ne today, gathered his furniture and left. Horrible business- research your other options please.

John originally took the details of my move, and since he's actually in retirement, his very capable daughter Melissa completed the details. i couldn't be more satisfied with all of the personal attention, and patience this family showed me during my move. 4 mirrors, 4 framed prints, fragile antique furniture, heavy items, all arriving intact and unbroken. The actual muscle of the move, a gentleman named Henry, has 30 years experience, with no sign of slowing down in his work. His assistant, Jose, was also a gentle giant, showing care and ability in maneuvering large, heavy items. Both were really friendly, working efficiently. Also, did i mention, 11 boxes of books, in addition to the furniture....so heavy... hard work done efficiently, and professionally. Henry and Jose showed up exactly on time. Melissa in the main office answered the phone cheerfully each and every time i called, (i'm a bit of a nervous nelly...I don't know how she put up with me..) and she absolutely understood every nuance of my concerns. The actual cost of this move came in almost exactly at the estimate. The time estimate was accurate within the hour, ditto the labor estimate. Clearly, these guys know what they are doing. I am recommending them to anyone I know who has either a household or small move upcoming. A no-stress experience.

Joe met my father at his current condo in CT to review the current furniture and get a better idea on what will be needed to be done. He provided a price, and my father had nothing but good things to say about his overall demeanor and enthusiasm towards our upcoming move to the new condo. It is difficult purchasing and dealing with the logistics of a new home remotely, and I appreciate his help. We look forward to many more projects with him !

Worst moving experience ever! Not only did they delay us by a day after we left a deposit but they…read moreshowed up at 3:30 in the afternoon when they were scheduled to be there at 11 AM in the morning. There was also absolutely no communication with the owner. Even after we texted and called looking for them. They didn't finish moving us until 930 at night and didn't even put the beds together. They scratched my grandmother's piano, my dresser, my dining room table, my TV stand, they ripped the back of my sofa and a mattress, and added some dance to my brand new refrigerator. We heard the owner complain about not seeing his kids many times through the day while they rushed moving all of our stuff. Very unprofessional,siderate, And cheap. You get what you pay for. Don't be blinded by their low prices.
