We worked with Marco Silva for our wedding this past October and couldn't have been happier with the experience. He was professional and organized leading up to the wedding. He was also flexible with us in the days leading up to the event and didn't put the pressure on us when we continually made changes to our songs. My wife asked him to not deviate too much from some of our selections, which he stuck to. Based on friends who were frustrated with their wedding DJ, this seems to be a big problem. We used Geoff to DJ our July 21st wedding and it was perfect. Start to finish Geoff is a great guy to work with as well as his wife Grace. Every email and question was answered right away. Geoff took the time to get to know us as a couple and made sure all our requests were fulfilled even through some last minute changes. Had a great experience with this company until it came time to cancel my wedding due to COVID - the owner, Bill, was to be our DJ and we reached out to him to let him know we had to cancel. He agreed to refund us our second deposit but not the first, which is completely understandable. We were appreciative and happy with this. This was last August and we're yet to see a penny. Since then, he has done nothing but dodge our calls and emails and we are now pursuing legal action for our refund that we were promised in writing. This has been going on for almost a YEAR, and at this point, it isn't even about the money as much as it is about the principle. My husband and I have both spoken numerous times to other employees at the company who have promised to get in touch with Bill for us, yet we've heard nothing. Just a warning for others. read more

We hired Bill to be our DJ for our May 23, 2020 wedding. Once covid hit, we had to cancel. At this point we had paid two installments totaling $930 towards the services. Bill agreed to pay us the first installment by a certain date. At the time, this seemed reasonable to us. Since then, he's dodge any and all contact made to him. It's a year and a half later and we want our money back. I have a 7 month old & another on the way. I am no longer working due to personal reasons. This is terrible & I see that I am not the first to have this issue. Legal action will have to be our next step, which I was trying to avoid while pregnant. Upon meeting with Kevin, he was laid back and allowed myself (and future husband) to have control over how the evening would go. We wanted a dance party, and Kevin delivered 1000%.
