He brought a full size example so I could see the product. After I ordered a second employee came out to to take the final measurements. Both employees were friendly and respectful. The guy measures and he doesn't waste your time and stay 3 hours. But he does show you different samples and answers your questions in a timely manner. Their product is absolutely beautiful. The shutters are wood and you pick your color you pick your frame, you pick your style and you have samples to look at. The pricing in comparison to other shutter companies is absolutely out of this world. I have to say between LMC and Alpine shuttercraft, you can't go wrong.
