I have tried repeatedly to work with this dry cleaning establishment. They have faded my expensive…read morebrand new shirts, pressed wrinkles into them and as of late ruined my new pants by continually pressing double creases in them. I have spoken with the woman who is the co-owner on multiple occassions and all she does is laugh and say over and over "I don't know". I have tried everything to be patient and loyal to this local establishment, however after todays fiasco I will be sure to take my business elsewhere and make sure that others know exactly what I have been experiencing.

It looks like my shirts were washed, dried, and hung up on a hanger. There is no crease down the length of the sleeves indicating the shirts have actually been pressed. As you can see from the pictures the entire shirt looks terrible.

They were so very nice and I felt assured they would fix it. They went way beyond! When I got my coat back, it looked brand new and it is 12 years old! I am so happy I took it to Ideal Cleaners! After worrying about all of that, I was so amazed at the price! It was so much less than I expected! I even commented to the lady at the counter that I expected to pay a lot more! This is a great shop and I will be taking the rest of my coats in to get cleaned before putting them away for the summer. Wonderful workmanship, great prices, friendly service! Took a black lace skirt with a gold exposed zipper in to have the zipper fixed as a shirt got stuck…read morein it and it was broken in the process of removing the shirt. They told me they would have to special order a zipper- months later my husband picks it up and they put a cheap plastic black zipper in it! And the zipper sticks up past the waistband at the top! They took my expensive skirt and made it look super cheap and charged me $22! I actually had to call them 3 months later to find out the skirt was ready- the girl said she couldn't read the name so she don't call! I'll have to go to a real seamstress to get another new zipper put in now!

He specifically pointed out to the person working the counter that the pants would have to be dry cleaned. When he picked up his cleaning, they couldn't find my pants. After two weeks of them "looking" for them, they say, "Oh, you must not have brought them in,. Check your car" "Have her check her closet." This is BS. I bought the pants in August for over $70 and have only worn them once. And now they relinquish all responsibility because they have no "record" of them and it's not their fault. They never give out claim tickets for items dropped off so how would they know. Taking my dry cleaning elsewhere from now on.
