In watching them work, you could feel that they were treating your floor like it was their own. In the beginning, I was hesitant whether or not to have my floor refinished. I am incredibly happy and pleased with my decision to refinish them. The finished product was far beyond my expectations and looks better than when it was first installed (by a different company). My floors were in pretty bad shape but Josh and his crew got them looking stunning. Their equipment is new so it was literally dust free and did an excellent job. The estimate was accurate and the work was done on time as promised. I did pay a travel fee for them to come down from Marquette but it was well worth it and I'm glad I did!
