He took my project seriously even though it was just a small office, and he went above and beyond working with his insurance company over the holiday break to make sure everything was in place so the job could be done on a tight timeline. His communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process. Douglas was the painter who did the work, and he was equally great. He showed up on time every time we met, did an excellent job with the painting itself, and left the space clean and spotless when he finished. Alberto was detailed in his approach to our exterior paint, as he had to correct some shoddy work our contractor did. After patching up holes and issues in the stucco, Alberto used three different types of primer instead of a universal primer to prepare our house exterior for paint. Alberto stressed two coats of primer as well as two coats of paint for the best finish. He also had to stain a door to match our existing garage door and did an amazing job. In addition to excellent workmanship, Alberto was a pleasure to work with. He showed up to the job site regularly to ensure the work was being completed as promised and was excellent at communicating with us. He made our house look so good several neighbors are preparing to use him for their exterior paint jobs. When it is time to paint our exterior, I will be going back to Alberto.
