When I bought the car, everything was fine (or so I thought). I drove off the lot with a great…read moredeal, but the car had some issues. I called the shop, and they "fixed" the problem. I drove it for a while and that issue was still occurring. I took it back again and they "fixed" it. I thought that it was finally fine so I drove off again. I continued to drive it as normal (I did not overrun the car or mistreat the car in any way). Naturally, the check engine light came on again. This cycle continued until recently when I decided to take it back to them. They "fixed" it again, but this time they were sure they had fixed the problem. They held my car from me until the warranty ended, and then proceeded to tell me that the warranty was up so they would no longer continue to fix my car. I get the whole warranty situation, but they said my car was done when I called earlier in the week. They only wanted to keep it because they needed to make sure it was fixed. They also told me it was my fault that the car's check engine light kept coming on, even though every time the light would come on it was soon after I had left their "shop". I have proof from the beginning that the code is still there. I had parts put in, which they paid for, but they did not fix the issue as they had said they would. I am now left with a car that STILL does not run correctly, and the dealership told me that they do not want to help me fix it anymore even though the car is still under warranty (as of when I called), and the same code keeps popping up on the dash. Be careful when buying from them!!

It looked very clean but after only two days of driving, the heating hose broke and after taking it to a Nissan Dealership to get it fixed, they told me that coolant was leaking into the Transmission Fluid. I notified Auto Pros owner and he referred me to his Attorney. I would be very careful when dealing with these snakes!

We took my wife's Jeep in for an oil change and State Inspection June 2015. After returning home…read morefrom picking it up we noticed a dent and scratches on the driver's side front bumper. We did not notice this damage in the parking lot because of the way it was parked, we approached it from the rear to get in. We have had the Jeep less than a year so we know every scratch, ding and/or dent or should I say lack of them so when I saw it after getting home I asked my wife what happened and she said she never saw that before and it had to have happened at the garage either by them or in their parking lot before we picked it up. I called as soon as we got home (less than 45 min from picking it up) and they were closed. I left a detailed message with my contact info and no one ever returned my call (almost 2 weeks now). We were upset but understand accidents happen and called to report the damage and work on getting them to fix it. Unfortunately they decided to ignore us completely. The dent and scratches have white paint embedded in the scratches and their colors are red and white and most areas are painted white. We park outside our home and it is Green. Bottom line don't take your vehicle here if you do not want it damaged
