We took my wife's Jeep in for an oil change and State Inspection June 2015. After returning home from picking it up we noticed a dent and scratches on the driver's side front bumper. We did not notice this damage in the parking lot because of the way it was parked, we approached it from the rear to get in. We have had the Jeep less than a year so we know every scratch, ding and/or dent or should I say lack of them so when I saw it after getting home I asked my wife what happened and she said she never saw that before and it had to have happened at the garage either by them or in their parking lot before we picked it up. I called as soon as we got home (less than 45 min from picking it up) and they were closed. I left a detailed message with my contact info and no one ever returned my call (almost 2 weeks now). We were upset but understand accidents happen and called to report the damage and work on getting them to fix it. Unfortunately they decided to ignore us completely. The dent and scratches have white paint embedded in the scratches and their colors are red and white and most areas are painted white. We park outside our home and it is Green. Bought a car a couple years back. Buying experience was good, Car fax was clean, and was told their was no issue with the car. Only issue I had was they seemed to know little to nothing about the car they were selling me, they couldn't even find the hood latch or the volume for the radio. After having the car for one (1) week I started having issues (the beginning of a year of h*ll). Had it looked at and apparently they never cleared the computer so I got to see all of the codes that they "fixed", which was about 2 & 1/2 pages worth! Called about the issue and was told the best they can do is give me a discount off diagnosing the issues. The main issue turned out to be a HPFP, which was still under warranty when they had the car (warranty time just passed right when I finally figured out the issue). Long story short, a year later my engine blew up. They then had the audacity to call me to try and get me to come in to get it service, I politely let the guy know what happened and that the car was now dead and the best I got was basically "we're sorry for your experience but that salesmen is no longer here". Like thanks but I still paid 7k for a car I barely got a year out of and was in and out of the shop that whole year. Also in case other people are wondering "lemon law" only applies to new cars in PA. I highly recommend NOT going to these guys. read more

Went for inspection, axel and transfer case fluid changed. They gave me the keys and said it's done. I went out, got in, started it, went to put it in drive, It wouldn't move, I looked down and there was a hole in my gear shifter. On a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7 Hemi that's in immaculate condition. I went in and spoke with the service manager. Told them I have a hole in my gear shifter and it wont move. I said they broke it and I wont leave until it's fixed. I couldn't actually even put it in drive anyway. He said they didn't do it. I responded, well, I was able to drive here and you were able to pull it in the garage without any problems and I'm sure you would have noticed it not shifting. This is it for zimmermans for me. I'm had it. I was lied to, directly to my face. If they can't take responsibility for breaking something and fix it they're pathetic and unethical. A decent garage would have told the truth, and fixed it. I messed around with it until I was able to put it in drive. Got it home, tore it apart, went on ebay, found the gear shift selector for $349.00 and bought it. The garage repairman said I'd say see you later but then said 'I doubt you'll come back'. And he's right. Dishonest people don't need my business. read more
