Three stops later, this location had the battery in stock. The swap was not easy but these store reps went above and beyond to help our family and get it done right. Even the store manager was able to work with his crew to ensure all went smooth. Lukas in particular was awesome. It's not everyday you find people who will look for ways to help you solve the problem and even jump in themselves during the fix.
