I told Little Learners about the past problems we had, and that in some ways my kid was working on rebuilding his confidence. After a few weeks there he began to be more like himself, even wore his favorite pink shirt to school! (This was something he'd been bullied for in the past, so this was a big step.) At that moment, I knew he was really starting to feel safe and accepted at LLP. My kiddo is also not one of the kids who sits still very well. He is fidgety and is still learning to be good at circle time. They have been patient with him and have kept me well informed of his progress. They even let me visit the classroom many times to see what they did at circle time, and helped brainstorm ideas on how to get my child to learn to best behave. They have encouraged me and my child, and have been VERY helpful and very good at collaborating with me to think up ways to best help my son overcome challenges, and learn good behavior. They also have been great at being sure to celebrate his successes and his accomplishments, too. They just hosted the preschool graduation and we were thrilled! They had a nice, big ceremony in a nice venue and they put a lot more thought and planning into the event than I ever expected. It's clear that they really care about the children and parents, and work hard to ensure that the families that attend LLP are happy and know they're appreciated. They really know my son, and all of his likes, dislikes, and his charming qualities and what makes him tick. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

My son absolutely LOVED attending preschool with Ginger, Summer, and Bernadette. We only took him out due to moving and he STILL talks about how much he loves school 6 months later. I highly recommend the school. I know they have added some new teachers since we moved but I have absolute faith in their process that they are hiring people who fit the same standards and mindsets they hold themselves. It's really a special place that will offer your child a rich supportive environment to thrive in.

He was with Ms. D, who quickly became one of his favorite people -- he mentioned her name at home all the time! When he first started, he was barely talking, and now he can't stop chatting and expressing himself. He recently graduated to a new school, and his new teacher immediately noticed how well-prepared he was. She even commented that she could tell his previous teacher had done an excellent job with circle time and early learning activities. I also appreciate how Ms. Kelly thoughtfully transformed the school this year to a more authentic Montessori environment -- updating the furniture, toys, and curriculum. The school organizes fun and engaging activities throughout the year, which my son always enjoyed. Another thing I truly value is the school's excellent communication. The teachers regularly share photos of the children's daily activities -- as a working parent, it always makes my day to see what my little one is doing while I'm on break. They are also very prompt and transparent when reporting any accidents, clearly explaining what happened, what steps were taken, and how my son was doing afterward. I also love that students wear uniforms, which gives a real sense of belonging and community. I've even met other Pearl parents outside of school (randomly like at the YMCA), and we all share the same sentiment -- Pearl Montessori is a wonderful place for our kids to grow. Even though we've graduated from Pearl, Ms. D and Ms. Kelly, as my son's very first teachers, will always hold a special place in his little heart (and ours).

We toured this facility and there is no way I would send my child here…read more The classrooms are a big box, no fresh air, no windows, no sunlight, and the smell ... I know every preschool and daycare has sick kids but this place just screams germs! They said like 20 kids in the classroom, that's a lot!Maybe it was the timing, the kids were just waking up, but they just looked depressed & unhappy. The outdoor space is across the parking lot which seems very unsafe for toddlers and it had no toys to play with. They are very proud of their chef who cooks vegan meals... but even that seems depressing after seeing and smelling the interior of this building. I highly recommend searching around for a better preschool where your child will be happy, get some vitamin d and fresh air!

Whether it was a daily update, a milestone our son reached, or even a minor incident like a bump or scrape, I was notified promptly and always felt informed. The communication between his teachers, the office staff, and myself was outstanding. I never had to wonder what was happening during his day because they made sure I always knew. Bright Horizons is truly a family oriented and family friendly center. Parents are treated as partners, and they do an incredible job keeping families involved. Events, classroom activities, and special celebrations are communicated well in advance, with reminders provided along the way. Nothing ever feels last minute or overwhelming. They make it easy for families to participate, create memories, and feel connected to their child's experience. The office staff is absolutely incredible. The positive culture she has created is reflected throughout the entire center, and it is obvious she leads with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Ms. Dru and Ms. Monique have had an immeasurable impact on my boys life. They loved him through his hardest days, celebrated his biggest accomplishments, encouraged his growth, and believed in him every step of the way. Their patience, compassion, and dedication helped shape him into the confident little boy he is today. We will forever be grateful for the love they poured into him. What impressed me just as much was that the care extended beyond his own classroom. Teachers who had never even been his teacher still knew him by name, stopped to ask him about his day, celebrated his successes, and made him feel like he belonged. That doesn't happen by accident, it speaks to the incredible culture Bright Horizons has built. I also had the privilege of being part of the Family Partnership Group (FPG), and it was one of my favorite parts of our experience. It gave parents the opportunity to support the teachers, connect with other families, and contribute to a community that genuinely values partnership. It made us feel like we were more than just enrolled at the center--we were truly part of a family. As our boy gets ready to begin TK, saying goodbye is incredibly bittersweet. I trusted the teachers and the administrators. There was a brief time when the new teachers in our classroom didn't seem to be working out and the school took action to fix it immediately. The admins are responsive and friendly. I will miss this school and recommend it highly.
