Thief! Bait and Switch! Fraud! Stay away! I brought copy of the Deed showing the date which was 1.6 yrs bf dad died and copy of Will. Janay said we had a case, he would contact my bro's attorney and contest this saying this was Elder abuse etc. He said this would cost 6K TOTAL. Assured me. I signed something called "Trust Request". He gave case to Andrew Zeitz and the scam job began. They did nothing, I heard nothing, I would call get charged for calls, or meetings where they continued to fraud me I had case and they would contact contest this with bro and his lawyer. I got no copies. I had a meeting set up as months would go by and I would hear nothing that their own office called me to remind me and no one showed, my husband leaving work hour early losing hour pay. This crazy went on. Mr. Janay's wife Ashley who does bills told me once I was charged for calls bc I asked things not related to case, lol, total lie. They continued charge me. Fast forward 2.10 months later! I get message I now owe them 2K more plus 4K more to continue case. They had for 4K gotten me on as a Administrator of Estate which would include a raised seal document not even given to me yet as they had lost it, and I didn't even want or questioned I even needed it they said that was needed so my brother didn't sell the house. Which was baloney. I get message now I owe 6K. I have strong message to Mr. Janay this is insane, you never even contacted my brother about case or contested the Trust, and I don't even have the original Administrator of Estate form. He yells, literally yells at me I am being Rude, what? and he is going to keep the Administrator of Estate paperwork and I can get another attorney for 10K. He assures me he won't let the case sit like the first time and Feeling trapped we give him the 6K. Month later hearing nothing like norm I call the new attorney on case as Andrew Zeitz had left, no one even told us that. They charged us for this new guy Evan Klein looking over case which is not right as we already paid Andrew, and Evan said, get this, we don't have a case as he had contacted my brother's lawyer weeks ago, weeks, when? Bf the new 6K? And his lawyer said that the Deed/Trust done yrs earlier. I said you had the date of the Deed, I gave you a copy. So for 3 yrs they led me on, took 12K total and charged me for Evan looking over the case which he obviously never did as didn't even look at the only 2 docs I gave them, copy of Deed and Will. So they scammed me into not only the first 6K (he did come to a family court charged 2K so scammed me out of 10K total). Mr. Klein got angry when I called him out on this and dumped me as a client and literally stole the new 6K more I had just given them less than month before. He said this isn't working out and he would give me retainer back. Well he didn't they found baloney ways to make up way to keep it bc I never got a bill this year at all or from the new 6K and they now say not only they can keep this new 6K but that I owe them 107 dollars more. Not only is that a lie, they still owed me for couple yrs ago $150 for a meeting they set up that never took place, not only that my husband lost $70 bc he left work early and I sent them the messages it never happened etc several times never getting back. So for 12K I am now an Administrator of an Estate that doesn't belong to me. That is insane and cruel. I do not want to be AOE of my brother's estate! And they never did what I hired them for until 3 yrs later telling me I don't have a case! Even tho they had date of the Deed! I am going to go to NJ Ethics Board and Small Claims and I hope all that are having these issues as I see I am far from the only one, do the same! Stay away! Thieves, crooks!

I'd guess they are taking down many negative reviews based on this flimsy excuse, so be aware. So....here's my experience. I was a seller, trying to do a sale of my apartment. I had a buyer lined up and ready to go, so it was lawyer time. Great! And they're cheap, how complicated could a straightforward apartment sale be for a company that obviously churns them out? The problem came when my buyer got spooked by some of the language in the contract they received. I don't know if it was their lawyers being dumb, or something the Levin firm had done because NO ONE WOULD TALK TO ME. It's even possible they were doing some kind of amazing job behind the scenes, but I'd never have known it. Because: I literally never got any contact with an actual lawyer. I called, I emailed, I had my broker call and email. Nothing. This despite the promises they make on their website. In fact, I'd probably let it all go if they didn't guarantee in writing that you will have a lawyer's phone number and be able to contact one directly when you need to, because that is NOT the case.
