We called several times to ask 'when?' You never would respond or establish a date. We could have bought the building at a lot lower interest rate ten months ago had you communicated that you were too busy to do the job. And Royal Homes has had a significant price increase during the time we were waiting on you. This survey had been done previously and the stakes are already in place. There are no encumbrances (trees, marsh, brush, etc.). There are no structures on the small flat lot. So, why is your price so high? You have already cost me a fortune. I am very disappointed in your lack of professionalism and extraordinary delay in response." Stay far, far away from this surveyor!!!
