I made an appointment for someone to come out and service my two HVAC units on 14 July 2026. It…read morerained severely that morning and the appointment came and went. I called assuming the rain had delayed my service tech from being on time I requested a different day and was rescheduled for 17 July, both appointments were for 8am to 12pm. On the 17th which was a nice day that appointment came and went as well. I called very disappointed not having any reason that the technician didn't arrive during the designated reserved time frame. I called the following Monday, 20 July to speak with a supervisor, instead of writing a poor company review. They said they would pass on a message for the service supervisor Dan to call, of course that call never came. If an HAVC company doesn't call or text me to explain why there is a delay in coming out and not show up, and no follow-up from a supervisor. I certainly wouldn't rely on them for servicing!

After about 30 minutes I got a text saying service call charge was $79, but would be applied to any repair costs and to call them for an appointment. I called and explained the issue, but was told someone would call me back to schedule. Over an hour went by and no one called me, so I called back. Appointment was set and David B. showed up timely; he was professional and friendly. He determined my fan was dead and roughly estimated $500 to replace. Seemed like an expensive bandaid for a 14 year-old unit, so I decided best to just replace it. Next day Travis B. came to give me an estimate for a new unit. He was on time, friendly and professional. Gave me a quote before he left and it was just under $6K for new Ruud 14 seer unit. They took the $79 service call cost off the total (after I reminded them). Two days later the installers showed up on time to get my AC going. They were professional and it took them about 8 hours to complete the job. HVAC has worked fine since install. Only negative is they dripped something on my garage floor (I assume oil from the old air handler unit or from the lift they used to install the new one) that stained the floor all the way across my garage. I initially thought it was just water and would dry/disappear, but nearly two weeks later it's still there. But at least I have cold air!

I submitted a Yelp query and quickly heard back from Lisa. I explained what I needed and she scheduled an appt to assess and talk estimates. Corey arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed two intake vents replaced, one was a custom size. And I needed 12 "boots" and grates replaced on the vents. I had tried to do this myself and it was just impossible. Corey explained what was needed and we discussed the price. Jump ahead to the work day. I needed to run some errands so I phoned the office to confirm arrival time. Lisa was quick to find out the answer and let me know. Around 10AM, per plan, Maurice and Marquis arrived. The work required hours of being on site and they were quick to get started. To say replacing the vents was difficult would be an understatement but they got it all done. Their work also involved doing a cleaning on the system. I would highly recommend these guys. From Lisa in the office, to Corey who did the estimate, to the Maurice / Marquis the install team. NOW, I would never recommend anyone to use them unless they find joy in only speaking with call centers overseas that make up obvious names and difficulty in communications. It is horrible now and have no idea what they found beneficial in implementing this change. Had I not signed up for a now short contract I would leave. The call center people are cold, argumentative and absolutely ridiculous. So sad and disappointing to find it has come to this. They're your BEST friend when selling a new $18,000 system to you and and now....who are you? My recommendation is go someone else now.
