DW Tax Prep double counted my mortgage interest, this resulted in my needing to pay back money and interest for my state and federal taxes this year. DW Tax Prep was very apologetic about their mistake and filed an amendment, however they then began cancelling appointments and being non responsive to my calls/texts and emails. Initially they had said they would pay for the interest due on the money since it was their mistake, yet they never sent me the money they had agreed to return to me and I would never use them again or recommend anyone else using their services as a result of this poor experience.
