I spoke with Mike on the phone last week about my situation. He was professional and patient with my little worry-filled self. He followed up diligently to my questions / concerns and provided resources that were helpful for my situation. He worked w my uncertain timeline due to this particular unstable individual's unpredictability. The situation ended up resolving peacefully. Andy's replacement was somewhat responsive to my inquiries, but he did not share status updates with me unless I reached out first. There were repeated periods of radio silence lasting weeks. Phyleo didn't even let me know they had finished the project until I asked what was going on. Our signed contract indicated that Phyleo would produce a final report, but the firm did not do so, even after I asked about it. I reached out to Phyleo's owner, Dave Abdo, repeatedly by phone, and mentioned in my messages that I was dissatisfied with the service I received. I did receive two voicemails from him in return, but he was repeatedly unavailable at times he said he would be free, and ultimately he did not return my last message.
